I requested plumbing service for my condo unit located at 2404 Ryan Gulch Ct in Silverthorne on 7/21/23, asking them to check all sink and shower valves to make sure they are working correctly and to replace the shower valve. The plumber instead diagnosed that there was no hot water in multiple units (already established and reason for my request to check my individual unit). No service was performed in my unit but I was billed for an already diagnosed building plumbing issue. I have contacted Premier Plumbing on the following dates 8/11/23, 10/20/23, 1/3/24, 1/4/24, 2/27/24, 2/28/24, 3/11/24, 3/14/24 and 5/23/24. My last three conversations with Francia concluded with her stating that the bill should have gone to the HOA and not me and that I would no longer received past due notices for work not completed. On 5/23/24 I received a call from Grace regarding the past due notice and was asked to call her back. I called back and was told that Grace works out of another office (unable to contact her directly) so she needs to call me back. (no return call as of this writing) I just want this issue to be resolved. Either Premier can actually perform the service I requested and I will be happy to pay for it, or please stop sending me (and calling me) regarding a bill for a service not performed.

    Business Response

    Hello,

We have been in touch with Patrick prior to having receiving this complaint and the situation was resolved before we receive the notice, he said he was going to withdraw it which is why we did not respond to the first notice.

We are in good standing with him as a client are currently working on a job for him

All matters regarding this situation have been resolved as far as we know and the invoice in question did get to the correct property management company which is now the 3rd company the complex has been with since the job was completed.

Please let us know if you need anything further to resolve this.

    Thank you,

    George
