Corporate Warehouse Supply called our office from a "withheld" number. They stated their business name and asked for the serial number and company name on our copier. I put the person on hold, and when I came back I asked again where they were calling from. They immediately hung up.

Corporate Warehouse Supply is a scam business. They bank on the fact that as long as they act like they belong, then people will not question them. They also depend on their victim being unaware of what vendor actually holds the contract.Thankfully, it is part of our office's training to never give info about our technology in the office to anyone. A legitimate vendor who has a contract with the agency will already know who to contact within the agency through the correct communication channel. We also know who *********** with for various services.Corporate Warehouse Supply called to state that an update was available to our copier and she needed our copier model and ID number on the device near the front or top of the machine. I put her on hold after telling her I would redirect her call to the appropriate employee, just to let her stew a bit. When I returned to the held call, that the Corporate Warehouse Supply representative had dropped from the phone call. What a shame. :)

They are a deceptive & dishonest company! Their representatives called our office, from a PRIVATE number, which should have been my first red ***** & said that their prices were increasing so they wanted to offer us a toner at the old price "before the price goes up". They knew all of our copier/printer information & led me to believe they were who we normal supplier. They kept calling me to confirm my order, another red ***** *** was so annoyed I just hurried them off the phone because I was busy. The last person that called, this was before I realized they were scamming me, I asked if I could order a waste ************** said the outstanding bill had to be paid first which I thought was odd because our normal supplier doesn't do that. Anyway, once we received the bill & got to looking into it we figured out they totally deceived me & scammed me. We are a ************** are limited. Shame on this company! And they totally believe what they are doing is ok. If you have this many reviews against you, IT IS NOT OK!

They are pushy and will not stop calling, even after they have been informed that our machine lease covers our toners. On top of that, they charge three times what toner normally costs. They are a crooked, selfish, deceitful company taking advantage of others.

      Dear ************************:
I have received your email regarding the complaint, ID: ******* and separate Review, ID# ******, and have read both. Please consider this as our response.
Corporate Warehouse Supply (***) has no record of any contact with the Complainant/Reviewer since she placed her most recent order on 3/4/21. It has been over 2 years since we have had any known contact with the Complainant/Reviewer after she told us that she had another supplier on 6/4/21. The most recent order on 3/4/21 was placed by the Complainant/Reviewer, who stated that she was the authorized purchasing agent.  She was told exactly what was being shipped to her, where it was coming, from, ***, and the cost involved. The invoice was paid on 4/19/21. Incidentally, the Complainant/Reviewer ordered twice from *** and paid both invoices.
*** operates under strict guidelines to ensure that each customer is aware of where their shipment of merchandise is coming from, and the cost involved. Our employees are required to follow a very strict sales script when calling customers. In fact, our sales script was created with the assistance of legal counsel to ensure that the scripted language was in no way misleading or untruthful.
On every sale, we fully identify our company to ensure that the purchaser is entering into the purchase with full knowledge.
*** requires each *** employee to sign a contract stating that they will follow the approved *** sales script and not make any false or misleading representations regarding who we are or what we are selling. As each *** employee knows, and as our employee contract states, failure to follow the *** sales script and misleading or misrepresenting our company or product will result in immediate termination.
***s sales practices are honest and transparent. We take pride in our business and operate in a manner that results in repeat customers. Our employees adhere to our strict policy of honesty and transparency. We have very strict policies in place to make sure that the misrepresentations and behavior referenced in the complaint do not occur at ***.
*** is incredibly concerned with customer satisfaction and the reputation of our business. We removed the customer from our database on 6/4/21 to ensure no more contact by ***. I would like to thank the Complainant/Reviewer foe acknowledging that we are ending the phone calls after being told that they had another supplier. I would also suggest that she is getting most, if not all, of these calls from other toner companies and I would recommend hanging up on them immediately.
If I can be of any further assistance in this matter, please feel free to contact me.
      Sincerely,

      *******************

As I read the reviews before mine, I see that I'm not alone in receiving the "not dishonest" but definitely misleading shenanigans of this company. The "best and most senior sales **** **** (Their words not mine) called and got our receptionist to authorize an order for toner. As it happens, we had called our copier place for toner and was waiting for a call back (this was probably purely coincidence) but "**** knew our copier model and even the company that we have a contract with. Although he didn't probably "Lie" he DID lead our receptionist to believe that he was our toner supplier and that she needed to place the order through him. The bottom of the invoice says exchanges only but there is nothing to actually exchange as far as I can tell. The website is conveniently under construction and I did tell the guy on the phone that I feel like we were Swindled and it looks and feels like we totally were. Well, here's the bottom line. When you treat people poorly it won't be long before you crash and burn. I hope no one at this company is praying for blessings because until you become an "Actually honest" company... It's not going to happen. Shame on you guys. You know what you're doing.

Deceptive and dishonest company. Their representatives called our municipal office and announced that their prices were increasing informed us they could send us one "before the price goes up." Led personnel to believe that they were our usual supplier. Did not state the price of the toner. Invoiced amount was $549.90 (plus $29.95 shipping) for an item that can be purchased for less than $150. I spoke to a supervisor who is about as smarmy as they come, explaining that "lawyers write our sales scripts" and that "we are are very careful that everything we do is legal."

CWS utilizes deceptive business practices, and I highly recommend doing no business with them. They ***************** behind a defense that they make no false claims in their sales calls, and this is true (except perhaps in their claim of an increase in toner prices, though I suppose prices on everything are increasing). I make no claim to remember every phone conversation word for word, nor did I record it, but I do not think they ever explicitly said anything that was self-evidently false. However, dishonesty and deceptiveness do not demand outright falsehood. They prey upon the navet. Based upon my experience and the other reviews I've read, they typically call with a existing knowledge of the specific equipment being used in the office (somehow), and, in my opinion, intentionally allow the prospect to believe that CWS is the servicer of their office equipment (while never making the claim). They sell their products at an exorbitant markup (think over 400%) but pass the sale off under the guise of good customer service.CWS's responses to their ******************** complaints claim that they are "concerned with customer satisfaction and the reputation of [their] business," but their credit-only return policy, and a 30-day window suggest otherwise. In the same response they use language that deflects blame to the purchaser for paying their exorbitantly prices. They are right, in that it is perfectly legal for them to charge whatever they can dupe a customer into paying. A 400% markup is not illegal. But it is also legal for me to share my experience and let as many people as possible know that they should not do business with CWS.***I spoke with *****, the office manager at CWS on 6/1/23, in which conversation I angrily said we had not received an invoice. He correctly pointed out that we had received an invoice, since it was paid. I guess that just makes me one of the dupes. I am angry, but have tried to be fair in my review. CWS did not lie, but I'm convinced they deceived.

Our Admin received a call from this company saying they were our regular supplier of toner. Indicted that toner prices were increasing and they were send us one more at the lower price. Would not provide the new cost or the cost of the invoice they were sending. We never have to pay for toner, it's included in our contract. Out of the blue comes a toner, with a bill for $528.85. Have attempted to call them multiple times and either get nothing and disconnected or finally received a VM where I could leave a message. Have also emailed them and will be waiting to hear back. I know they say their scripts are in no way misleading, but they are really are when they are saying they are either our direct supplier or a representative of such. This is 100% misleading. It's crazy that this place is allowed to do business at all. Please do not fall for this business calling you. They prey on these businesses. 1000000%%%% SCAM!

This is a predatory company. They called pretending to be our normal supplier and knew everything about us. They claimed our prices were going up and wanted to send the toner before the increase. We only caught them because I called our actual supplier when our CEO noted that toner is contractually included free of charge. When I called these scumbags back, they acted as if they were open about who they are and that if I had a recording of their employees being misleading, they would fire them. We are a small behind the times place and do not have that sort of capability. They frequently mentioned lawyers and being a one party state so you know they're aware this is a problem and rather than address it, have chosen to try to use predatory legal forces to continue to scam people. I was lucky we hadn't paid by credit card and was able to refuse to pay and get it returned. These people are scum.

Beware, this company is predatory. They call and pretend to be your normal supplier. They know models of equipment, addresses, contact information, and everything. Claim that prices are going up and they want to send toner before the increase. They claim they are open about who they are, but the fact that they say they're your supplier and have all your information is incredibly misleading, especially if the employee is new to their position. After seeing several other reviews and complaints just like mine, this is obviously clear to them and they don't care.
