They are scammers. Call and say you're running low on toner and say they'll send you another one, but never identify themselves as who they are. Always say their from your printer lease company to get you to purchase. Lies, and we won't accept calls from them again.

They called our municipality and claimed that they were needing to send us our order for printer toner for our specific machine by name before the prices went up. Our employee did not realize that we have a contract for our printers and dont order toner, she simply assumed this was our supplier because the sales woman suggested as much. They are dishonest and when we called back to complain they said they would turn our municipality over to collections if we refused the bill, and that they did not accept returns after 30 days. When we called the number we spoke with a ***** *****, coincidentally our phone calls are recorded and his voice can be heard in an earlier month claiming he was the shipping department and his name was then *******. This is a MAJOR SCAM, please beware of this company and their dishonest practices. They deserve to be investigated and shut down.

Back in October, I received a phone call from this business. They told me that prices were increasing for toner, but they could send me some at the current price before this increase went into effect. I was under the impression at the time that they were a company contracted by the one our office uses for our copiers, so I agreed that they could send the toner. We did receive the toner, but the invoice showed that it had cost us a lot more than we usually pay. I got another phone call a few weeks later, and the person said they were sending us a gift card "for being such great customers" along with even more toner (that we didn't order). I then realized that this company was not contracted by our office's copier company and emailed Corporate Warehouse Supply asking them to remove us as customers. I also made a complaint with ********************. To their credit, *** did stop contacting our office, but I'm still unhappy that they acted deceitfully in the first place.

    Dear *********** S:
I have received your email regarding the complaint, ID: ************ have read the complaint. Please consider this as our response.
On 10/31/24, Corporate Warehouse Supply (***) contacted the Complainant with a   phone call, during which the Complainant placed the order. The Complainant was told where the merchandise is coming from and how much it would cost. Later that same day,the Complainant sent *** an email stating that she ordered by mistake and wanted to cancel the order and not be contacted again.   *** then cancelled the order, removed the Complainant from our database, and nothing was shipped. Then, *** received this BBB complaint. *** did not contact the Complainant because she asked not to be contacted. There was no invoice generated. The invoice referenced in the complaint was from a previous order that was already resolved.
*** operates under strict guidelines to ensure that each customer is aware of where their shipment of merchandise is coming from and the cost involved. Our employees are required to follow a very strict sales script when calling customers. In fact, our sales script was created with the assistance of legal counsel to ensure that the scripted language was in no way misleading or untruthful.
*** requires each *** employee to sign a contract stating that they will follow the approved *** sales script and not make any false or misleading representations regarding who we are or what we are selling. As each *** employee knows, and as our employee contract states, failure to follow the *** sales script and misleading or misrepresenting our company or product will result in immediate termination.
***s sales practices are honest and transparent. We take pride in our business and operate in a manner that results in repeat customers. Our employees adhere to our strict policy of honesty and transparency. We have very strict policies in place to make sure that misrepresentations do not occur at ***.
We are very sorry that the complaint was generated.  There was no invoice generated, there was no money paid and there is no money owed.
We have removed the customer from our database to ensure there is no more contact, and we consider this matter closed.
If I can be of any further assistance in this matter, please feel free to contact me.
    Sincerely,

Corporate Warehouse Supply called our office from a "withheld" number. They stated their business name and asked for the serial number and company name on our copier. I put the person on hold, and when I came back I asked again where they were calling from. They immediately hung up.

Corporate Warehouse Supply is a scam business. They bank on the fact that as long as they act like they belong, then people will not question them. They also depend on their victim being unaware of what vendor actually holds the contract.Thankfully, it is part of our office's training to never give info about our technology in the office to anyone. A legitimate vendor who has a contract with the agency will already know who to contact within the agency through the correct communication channel. We also know who *********** with for various services.Corporate Warehouse Supply called to state that an update was available to our copier and she needed our copier model and ID number on the device near the front or top of the machine. I put her on hold after telling her I would redirect her call to the appropriate employee, just to let her stew a bit. When I returned to the held call, that the Corporate Warehouse Supply representative had dropped from the phone call. What a shame. :)

    Dear BBB:
I have received your email regarding ID: ****** and have read the review. Please consider this as our response.
According to the review, Corporate Warehouse Supply (***) contacted the reviewer on or around 1/4/24. There was no order generated, and no product was shipped. The fact that the reviewer knew our company name indicates that *** fully identifies itself on every correspondence and that we only correspond with authorized purchasing agents.
*** operates under strict guidelines to ensure that each customer is aware of where their shipment of merchandise is coming from, and the cost involved. Our employees are required to follow a very strict sales script when calling customers. In fact, our sales script was created with the assistance of legal counsel to ensure that the scripted language was in no way misleading or untruthful.
When an initial sale is made, *** confirms with the authorized purchaser that they understand that *** is the seller, obtains the purchase order, if needed, quotes the purchase price, and verifies the shipping address. As a result, we fully identify our company to ensure that the purchaser is entering into the purchase with full knowledge. In fact, the only reason the Complainant knew that is was *** calling them is that *** fully identifies itself at the beginning of each phone call.
We are very sorry that the review was generated. No money was paid, and no money is owed. We consider this matter to be closed.
If I can be of any further assistance in this matter, please feel free to contact me.

They are a deceptive & dishonest company! Their representatives called our office, from a PRIVATE number, which should have been my first red ***** & said that their prices were increasing so they wanted to offer us a toner at the old price "before the price goes up". They knew all of our copier/printer information & led me to believe they were who we normal supplier. They kept calling me to confirm my order, another red ***** *** was so annoyed I just hurried them off the phone because I was busy. The last person that called, this was before I realized they were scamming me, I asked if I could order a waste ************** said the outstanding bill had to be paid first which I thought was odd because our normal supplier doesn't do that. Anyway, once we received the bill & got to looking into it we figured out they totally deceived me & scammed me. We are a ************** are limited. Shame on this company! And they totally believe what they are doing is ok. If you have this many reviews against you, IT IS NOT OK!

They are pushy and will not stop calling, even after they have been informed that our machine lease covers our toners. On top of that, they charge three times what toner normally costs. They are a crooked, selfish, deceitful company taking advantage of others.

    Dear ************************:
I have received your email regarding the complaint, ID: ******* and separate Review, ID# ******, and have read both. Please consider this as our response.
Corporate Warehouse Supply (***) has no record of any contact with the Complainant/Reviewer since she placed her most recent order on 3/4/21. It has been over 2 years since we have had any known contact with the Complainant/Reviewer after she told us that she had another supplier on 6/4/21. The most recent order on 3/4/21 was placed by the Complainant/Reviewer, who stated that she was the authorized purchasing agent.  She was told exactly what was being shipped to her, where it was coming, from, ***, and the cost involved. The invoice was paid on 4/19/21. Incidentally, the Complainant/Reviewer ordered twice from *** and paid both invoices.
On every sale, we fully identify our company to ensure that the purchaser is entering into the purchase with full knowledge.
We have very strict policies in place to make sure that the misrepresentations and behavior referenced in the complaint do not occur at ***.
*** is incredibly concerned with customer satisfaction and the reputation of our business. We removed the customer from our database on 6/4/21 to ensure no more contact by ***. I would like to thank the Complainant/Reviewer foe acknowledging that we are ending the phone calls after being told that they had another supplier. I would also suggest that she is getting most, if not all, of these calls from other toner companies and I would recommend hanging up on them immediately.
If I can be of any further assistance in this matter, please feel free to contact me.
    Sincerely,

As I read the reviews before mine, I see that I'm not alone in receiving the "not dishonest" but definitely misleading shenanigans of this company. The "best and most senior sales **** **** (Their words not mine) called and got our receptionist to authorize an order for toner. As it happens, we had called our copier place for toner and was waiting for a call back (this was probably purely coincidence) but "**** knew our copier model and even the company that we have a contract with. Although he didn't probably "Lie" he DID lead our receptionist to believe that he was our toner supplier and that she needed to place the order through him. The bottom of the invoice says exchanges only but there is nothing to actually exchange as far as I can tell. The website is conveniently under construction and I did tell the guy on the phone that I feel like we were Swindled and it looks and feels like we totally were. Well, here's the bottom line. When you treat people poorly it won't be long before you crash and burn. I hope no one at this company is praying for blessings because until you become an "Actually honest" company... It's not going to happen. Shame on you guys. You know what you're doing.
