            I booked a weeks vacation in *********, ** via **** and agreed to ****'s terms and conditions. I was then sent by Vivid Vacation Rentals agreement with a different dollar amount and conflicting terms and credit card processing fees. None of this was stating in the **** listing. This made me feel uncomfortable and I reached out to the owner, ******************* via text (he was too busy to call me) and wanted clarity on this situation. He told me he has never had this problem before and said it wasn't worth his time and energy to deal with this and canceled our reservation. I alerted **** to this and they are investigating but this is unethical and DISINGENUOUS behavior and should be not be tolerated.

            ****, you made a reservation online and then insisted that fees that are listed on all of our listings, were not listed. I even sent you a screen shot of the vrbo lsiting that details these fees. I also explained that since you booked via VRBO that they charge a separate "Reservation Fee"; all of this seemed to be confusing to you, but you insisted you would decide what you would pay and at that point as the owner I decided to exercise my right to refuse service to you and cancelled your reservation. I communicated all of this to you very politely. Between our listing, our rental agreement, all that you received and the numerous texts you sent, I think it was just better for you to find a better match. We LOVE hosting guests and we provide a higher level of servcie than ANY other company in ********* and having been in this industry for over 25 years I think I have a pretty good judgement and based on the unilateral version of your "1 Star" review, I'm glad I made my decision.
