            I contacted this company late last fall **** after I noticed a leak in my basement from the flue that's blocked at the top. I got up on my roof and saw some cracks in the crown that I had sealed with **** years ago and they had expanded over the years. **** and his son came out and told me the crown needed to be redone but it needed to be done when it warmed up. I asked if he could but some sealer in the cracks so they didn't get worse over the winter. Which they did. They came back the middle of May and repaired the crown.I also had him look at where the water was leaking from in the basement because I wanted to know if I should have him reseal the cap on the bottom of the blocked off flue. He said with the new crown there shouldn't be an issue with it. He could have easily said I should reseal it so he could make a little more money. But he has the kind of integrity you don't find very often anymore.I would recommend him to anyone who needs anything for there fireplace.
