    I hired Sky Manor to do a roof replacement, and am trying to get some assistance getting help finishing the job. They're threatening not to do repairs for damage they caused during the job, unless I pay up front. The agreement we signed says beyond the deposit, the rest is due within 30 days of final invoice (citation - https://skymanorroofing.com/payment-info-and-policy/). They were trying to install a vent in the attic and cut into the living room ceiling instead, there is a hole in the ceiling still. There is also no decking in that spot, there are no nails in the shingles there. They also cut into the ceiling a second time on accident. Also I don't think the roofing job was done correctly. There are tons of nails that aren't in the rafters, they're coming out at an angle or totally missing it. I had another roofer come out to take a look, and none of the shingles are lined up correctly, there is a vent uncovered, there is a ridge where the decking isn't lined up correctly, and the nails aren't sealed with silicon. There is also an uncovered vent. Also my door mat outside somehow got cut in half.

    I was able to get sky manor to fix the roof, and we agreed on a discount for the ceiling repair.
