    I sent a tent pole for repair. I received an email that said the pole was reparied and being returned. Not only was the pole returned UN-REPAIRED, HALF OF THE **** WAS MISSING! My tent is 20 years old and in great condition, but because of this situation, it can no longer be used.

    Buy $179.00 inflatable mattress from target, Serta used to be a good company and reliable, they redirect me to Exxel Outdoors for warranty purposes, they didn't back up their warranty, lots of bad reviews from them, the representative ******* offer me 25% on my next purchase instead make my warranty valid. Two year warranty they said, I got this mattress last Christmas, two time used and grow big lump both sides yesterday. Is not fair to lost $179 dlls and the trust.

    Beyond terrible product quality and customer service. I purchased a ******************** brand sleeping bag from Amazon in January 2022. I used it once and the seam came apart in addition to holes appearing across the surface of the fabric. I first reached out to Exxel Outdoors customer service in April 2022. They sent me a ***** label to send the product in so the designer could take a look. Many e-mails later and I have just been asked where I sent it because there are no notes on my case and the sleeping bag has not been received. I have concluded that this business has a very low product quality and even lower quality of customer service and I will not be purchasing from them again. I would advise caution from others also.
