Oh wow, that hasnt been my experience at all with the caregivers. They've been incredibly courteous, compassionate, and attentive. Theyre always on top of my mothers care and provide valuable tips for both her well-being and mine. Since my mother has dementia, their support has been crucial, especially with all that goes into caring for an aging parent and dealing with the associated emotions. I truly appreciate the assistance, the resources provided, and the space to share my concerns while feeling supported.

*** is hands down the most compassionate, giving and care senior care specialist I have had the privilege of collaborating with as the owner of a company that does home organizing and move management for all but with a focus on seniors looking to downsize whether aging in place or transitioning to a senior living community. I have referred her to several clients *and vice versa) and she has always been willing to go above and beyond for them. I also network with her across the senior care community and everyone that knows her has always voiced the same praise for her attention to detail and incredible expertise.Care Matters, LLC

I have had the opportunity to work with ******** several times. Impeccable service with genuine warmth. She tries to embed herself in other person's shoes and understand the true needs of the loved one and their family. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Care Matters Always, and its owner, *************************. I am a Care Coordinator for a busy family practice office and ******** has been amazing to work with as we try to meet the many complex needs of the patients we see. ******** is warm and engaging, knowledgeable and professional in every situation. Care Matters Always is amazing at working with families for all things to help *******. They are a knowledgeable resource for families who need additional support with care, assisted living choices or any recommendations for estate planning as well as relocation services. The caregivers representing this company are not thoroughly vetted nor trained. Information on the website does not clarify what the company actually does for seniors. My brother-in-law was treated disrespectfully, transferred from his wheel chair to the bed by being scooped up and dumped on the bed, and the care giver was not polite and refused to leave when asked to.Care Matters, LLC

They are vetted and experienced, your sister in law who actually is the consumer who was involved with this was always kept in the loop and this was discussed and addressed.
