Beware of this company. They are not only dishonest they are arrogant and demeaning to women. The way s*#*n brushed me off initially with my concerns was a clear red flag and I should of just walked out but instead I didn't and gave the benefit of the doubt. First off I ordered rock, paid for it and they just dumped a bucket of rock into my trailer and said that was my ton and a half. I tried to address my concerns before I left the establishment with no real answer other than that's how we do it. The gentleman wouldn't even get out of his chair to see what my concerns were. Again I should of ran but didn't. When I got home my husband was disgusted by what they had sold me and asked if they weighed my load. No they did not. So this company essentially eyeballs everything they sell apparently but charges you even if they short you a whole ton!! My first time buying rock there and they completely broke my trust. No I am not seeking a free bee, I am a hard working citizen and I pay for everything I need. So no, I'm not seeking a free bee. What I do want is honest, trustworthy, and respectful customer service and I want to receive what I pay for. Did this happen. No it did not happen. I tried to resolve this with the same person that didn't offer me help the day I initially had concerns with no help other than a condescending attitude as if I had inconvenienced him and that I was the one in the wrong. So sad. So new customers be aware of this place! There are definitely better options out there that are trustworthy and worth going to. This is too bad because I do support small businesses but the management of this one needs is way to arogant and demeaning for me.
