  I discovered this company through a relative. Over the years, my wife and I have lived in ****************; we have replaced several roofs on our home due to hail damage. After a significant hailstorm this May and June, people came to our door asking to speak to us about the hail damage and replacing our roof. They would come and tell us how great they were, what great quality roofing they carried, etc. One of the companies that replaced our roof sent a crew that spoke Spanish, which is the norm, but they usually have someone bilingual. When they arrived, there was no bilingual person, and when we tried to reach the person we bought the roof, he did not answer. Worst, they never even got a permit. For the last roof replacement, we told the person that there was a rotten roof board that needed to be replaced. Of course, they showed up without a replacement board but eventually replaced it when one of their workers walked on the roof and broke it when he stepped on it. We worked with ************** from Guardian this time, and he was fantastic!!! First, he told us there were classes of shingles, with class 4 being the most resistant to hail. In fact, and you can look this up, it must withstand a steel ball being dropped 20 feet and not cause damage to the shingle. No ONE ever told us this. He also said it could reduce our home insurance and he was correct; it did! Yes, it cost more, but the reduced premium made up for it. Even more astonishing was when **** inspected the roof, ************** came out and was on the roof with him simultaneously. No one else did this for us. He pointed out additional damage to them. When the **** inspector filed his report, ************** reviewed it, found they did not include all the damage, and worked with **** to get us an extra $1600. When the crew came, ************** was on the roof with them and ensured things were done correctly. Also, they had a permit. We strongly recommend Guardian.
