              Was given an Appointment for Jan 25th which I called to cancel but they never canceled it. I continued to cancel it thru the phone app "MyChart" By ****. The app was downloaded to my phone via this businesses text message, therefore, I downloaded it and I also cancelled the appointment via this application. The Sleep Disorder Center continued to call me and harass be about getting an appointment to the point where I blocked their number. They are billing me for a no show on the appointment for $250.00 when I told them several times I do not want the services now or in the future.

              Sleep Ctr in Milford will not release my test results to "MyChart" and will not mail me my results even though I have paid them directly. Unacceptable to withhold my information from me.

              Dear ******* All the patient test results are posted in Epic My Chart once ready. Due to staff shortage there may be a slight delay a message has been sent to the Milford office to reach out to you this coming week to resolve the situation.
