On Oct. 19, 2023 my personal vehicle was left in the hands of Fresh Auto Paint LLC to repair the damages that occurred from a motor vehicle accident on 10/17/23 in which my vehicle was rear ended and suffered severe damages. I trusted Edgardo R***** who goes by the name of “June” and is the owner of this auto body shop to repair my vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me on 11/29/23 and since this date it has been nothing short of a nightmare for me. My car will never be the same. I have a 2022 ***** *** ***** *******. For starters from what was clearly visible the paint did not match. My vehicle has a black pearl paint color the paint he used was just black. There was clearly dirt and/or dust in the paint as you could feel a sandpaper like texture when you touched the vehicle. The taillight that was replaced is not the same as the taillight that originally came with the car it does not have the “smoke” effect. Aside from what was visibly wrong, behind the bumper and underneath the vehicle was a nightmare. The battery of my vehicle sits in the trunk when the cover that goes over was removed you could see water had seeped into the battery as the trunk was never properly repaired. Underneath the vehicle you could find markings that the adjuster marked on various parts that needed to be replaced due to the damages that occurred from the accident. The vehicle was returned to me with the same markings the adjuster marked when he first assessed the damages which therefore means they were never replaced. I have the photos the adjuster took as well to show the markings he made and photos after the vehicle was returned to me showing the same markings. I would also like to note that when an attempt was made for the receipts June had already blocked my cell phone number. He left my vehicle parked on the street and my keys in the mailbox and did not set at time for me texted me to go get it and then blocked my number. June took advantage of me and the insurance company.
