Working with Cahoot has been great. We use them as a third party fulfilment partner, and use their software for our own fulfilment as well. They were very helpful in getting our Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime back up and running flawlessly, saving us a bunch on fulfilment costs. Their software is awesome too, we've integrated multiple brands from Shopify and BigCommerce, and Cahoot is able to generate shipping labels easily. The software learns as you use it as well, so you eliminate a lot of manpower on mundane tasks, like box sizes and weights, case packing, etc. Highly recommend! -*** ****Review from Shiraz F

We’ve been working with Cahoot for nearly 5 years now and I can speak from my personal experience. First, Cahoot software and platform is miles ahead of the other leading shipping solutions on the market because they’ve designed it from the ground up with today’s fulfillment needs in mind. We save hours daily since we switched. Second, their customer service is highly responsive and competent and they focus on resolving issues quickly. Happy to report that there really aren’t many issues but it’s good to know that the Cahoot team is there to help us when we need. Cahoot has always treated us fairly and their pricing is reasonable. Cahoot is a great company with a team of real innovators and a fantastic software. My review will be focused more on the software: The Cahoot software is very well thought out, with many unique features that set them apart from the competition. What was really a game changer for us is the fact that the software does rate shopping automatically and when we came in each morning to the office the labels were ready to be printed, saving us a tremendous amount of time and giving us the peace of mind that we are paying the lowest rates for our shipping. This enabled us to keep up with spikes in demand, such as when COVID-19 hit and ****** *** was backlogged for 2 months. I also love their built-in WMS tools, such as "Scan to verify" which essentially guarantees we are shipping the correct item every time! Finally, Cahoot has a customer support that really listens to the feedback of their users, and is constantly looking to improve their product. We started with them when the software was still pretty new, and they implemented many changes based on our feedback. This is not something to take for granted!Review from Ixone E

We decided to work with Cahoot because ther were offering way lower service fees than the *** warehouse we were working with. So I have to be honest I was not sure how the service quality coudl be. But we have more than 1 year working with them and the service has been really good. Specially teh support team which replies efficiently in less than 24 hours. We're a warehouse and e-commerce seller that has taken advantage of both sides of Cahoot's 3PL offerings. The training for sending out shipments on behalf of other sellers was seamless. Easy label generation, printing, and packing. It's a breeze for the warehouse crew. They provide all the resources you would need for the outgoing side of a 3PL system. This experience caused us to explore shipping out our own units to other nodes in their network. We've experienced deep savings on many of our 1-2 day shipments since we're located on the east coast.Review from Brian M

Great shipping software platform that reduced label prep time from hours to minutes. I have reduced my shipping cost by nearly 4% even with our 3 major carriers having 2023 increases of 4.4%. Great time saver; great money saver and the reporting features allow you to really deep dive into your costs and processes. With help from the onboarding team, we identified some labor saving "tweaks" to our process that now saves us hours per day in picking/packing/shipping. Kudos to all involved.
