    Roy S********e is a scammer, a fraud, and a dishonest man who gave us so many excuses for why he couldn't show up to finish the work. We have been dealing with him for over 3years, trying to obtain our money back from him for a job that he never even started! . He was quick to pick up the money but since then he has yet to pay us the money back. Upon reading other reviews, we found out he is a scam artist, and a very bad tradesman.

    Roy Saldana is not an ethical person. The quality of his work is poor. He said he had insurance and emailed us a copy of the COI. Yet, when I contacted the insurance company they provided documentation that the policy was terminated in December 2023, so the form we received from him appears to be falsified. He never finished the job. He did not provide receipts for the painting supplies that we paid for when we requested them. He constantly promised he would show up to work but only showed up for a few days. He left a mess on our property, including painting supplies, trash, and ladders. He promised to pick them up - and he never did. He sent texts begging for more money even after he received two payments from us and promised to finish the job. (He didn't deserve any payment from us, but we honored the agreement/contract we signed). We fed Roy and his 2-man team, breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks the few days they did show up to do some work. It was not the best workmanship at all. He is a scammer, a fraud, and a dishonest man who gave us so many excuses for why he couldn't show up to finish the work. It was frustrating and disappointing. We were very patient when there was inclement weather and when he claimed to be sick, and we kept adjusting our schedule to accommodate him. Upon reading other reviews, we found out he is a scam artist, and a very bad tradesman. We have filed a claim to get our deposit back.
