            Regarding an upgrade to my system, parts of the contract were not applicable to my package on the contract. I also didn’t want my info sold to a third party and I wanted a copy of the fully executed contract. I was told to right notes in the “notes” section because my edits in the document were not acceptable. I did. I received a signed copy of the contract and now I’m being told their legal dept says it’s not approved. I shouldn’t be forced to sign a contract that I don’t agree with. That’s not an acceptable nor legal business practice. I was asking for standard business practice language. They will not provide nor amend a new agreement.

            This is a very unprofessional company that attempts to up sell you services that you do not want or ask for. Then when they realize there is no good commission in it for them the salesman sells you garbage equipment at a crazy mark up. Also the contract has a lot of clauses that make your responsible for crazy exorbitant fees if and when you do try to cancel. This company and all subsidiaries are not to be trusted! Very unprofessional and shysty!
