    i bought a 2018 **** ******** in Aug 2021 from the dealer listed above. I had to bring the **** back more then 5 times regarding water issues and loud squeaking noise coming from under the **** and over bumps. i was told that the **** had been inspected and that they couldn't find anything. At the time of the sale i requested the car fax on the **** so i could see if it was involved in any accidents and told i would have one i left and each time i returned for the same issues and ask several times about the car fax they always had an excuse for not having the car fax. I ended up paying out of pocket for the car fax that shows 2 major accidents involving major front end damage. This **** continues to get water in both sides of the front doors. i had traded in a perfectly great car for **** that leaks water and has other issues. After having the **** back to them several times, they got very angry with be and told me to take the **** over to ******* **** **** down the street and that I am no longer allowed back at their dealership.

    New Millennium Auto Sales, in the name of goodwill, spent a few thousand dollars to make the customer satisfied. The **** was sold with a safety check that met or exceeded any and all state requirements that need to be performed by any dealer to sell this pre-owned vehicle.

    In the name of Goodwill, New Millennium spent a few thousand dollars to make the customer satisfied.  The  **** was sold with a safety check that met with all items required or exceeded any State requirements to be performed by any dealer to sell this preowned vehicle.

     

    Any further goodwill will not be extended by New Millennium.  This matter is closed and no further action regarding this vehicle will be performed.
