      As a family we bought 3 suv from them.One was a 2014 for explorer xlt with 147k and had it for 1.5 years and had to replace a tie rod, both cats, ideler pulley,all o2 senser,and had a misfire in cylinder 2 so need new plugs and coil and now at 161k the transmission went and nothing was covered under there extended warrenty. 2nd suv is a 2012 ford explorer limited with 116k and only had it for about 1 month and all ready both rear wheel bearings had to be replaced misfire in cylinder 5 so coil and plugs replased and the break light come on while driving and ********* service has had it in shop 3 times for the same thing and still comes on and now the radio goes black and dont work, and last there is a 2015 dodge journey and with 126k and had that for about 1.5 years and that had to have the radiator replace and front transaxels replaces due to boots riped and no grease. So over all stay away from this place very bad cars there and owner and workers and rude after u buy a car and have issues with there cars so clear of this place

      ****************I bought a *** from BMS and only and if I had a problem they took care of it right away. Then I trade it in for an Acadia and it so happened I had a few issuse's with it , but every time I called they took it in right away. Unfortunately the last time we could not find the problem so they offered to help me with the paperwork so I get another vechicle. I could go some place else but these people have been so good to me and like I said they have always tried there best to help in every way. Thank You Guys !!

      Recently i had a friend who got a little protective and submitted a complaint without knowing the whole situation. And is retracted as it wasnt my doing. Had some issues come up with my car that BMS are working very hard on and are going above and beyond to get it done quickly as possible. Very happy with service thus far.

      We went to get a vehicle in September of 2021 as my car caught fire in August 2021. We had the vehicle for 3 months when we started experiencing issues. All they kept doing is clearing the codes and saying everything is fine. Now we are in April my car no longer starts and they refuses to fix my car.
