  Had CT Dry Basements out last week to take care of a foundation crack that occasionally leaked (and sometimes badly) into my (nearly) finished basement. The quote was provided quickly, the price was very fair and work scheduled within a reasonable time frame (unlike other places I quoted from). The technician arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and professional. He explained the work being performed and answered my questions. He also left the work area spotless before leaving. We've have had a couple heavy downpours since the repair and have had no issues so far. From start to finish, it was a pleasure doing business with CT Dry Basements.

  What a mess our basement was in after the 4th of July downpours. CT Dry Basements LLC came out quickly and was able to assess the situation with great speed. The explanation of how water entered the basement and what the process would be to remedy the situation was made easy and clear to understand. We secured a date for them to begin work and they were here at the exact time of the appointment. It was an incredible, messy all day process, but they left the area in stiller condition! I was very impressed. I am happy to say the sump pump and drainage system they installed is working famously! Not a drop of moisture anywhere. Follow up with Christina has been greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

  Just had a team at our house yesterday to attack a water problem we have had for years. The team arrived on time, took care to protect everything in our basement, completed the job by 3 pm and cleaned up everything leaving the basement in great shape. Hopefully the fix works once we get heavy rains. Very happy with the teams effort and looking forward to a dry basement once the rains come.

  I can't say enough good about the team at CT Dry Basements. From our initial conversation with Chris, to the hard work of the team who came out and finished the job, they were a fantastic group to work with. The team ran into some big challenges when they began to dig into our existing basement floor. The work took significantly longer than they initially thought it would. Through it all, they persevered, communicated effectively, and they honored the initial contract we signed. We're extremely happy with the results and we are so excited to never have to mop our basement floor after a heavy rainstorm again. I highly recommend CT Dry Basements!

  President Richard Taylor of CT DRY BASEMENTS came out to give me a free estimate of the work that I thought needed to be done in my basement. The paint on sections of the lower part of the wall was bubbling and in the damper parts of the basement it was both bubbling and flaking off onto the floor. In a particularly bad section it looked as though the foundation was disintegrating. Mr. Taylor was professional and pleasant, He took the time to understand my concerns as well as to answer my questions. He said the basement was not as bad as it seemed and there was no need for an estimate because I could do the work myself! He told me to scrape it down and then use a solution which he told me I could make myself. I am very grateful to Mr.Taylor of CONNECTICUT DRY BASEMENTS for his honesty and for and for his free professional advice. I am more than satisfied and rate CONNECTICUT DRY BASEMENT a 5.
