    About 3 months ago, I contacted Rick at Rackliffe Lock and Safe to get a price for rekeying or replacing the lock on my truck bed cover. I was given a quote of $74 roughly. I asked them to go ahead and order the parts, which they did. I checked back a couple of times a week for about a month and even stopped into the store for an update. Every time they would say they hadn't received the parts or they had to reorder, or some other excuse. I finally stopped in a second time and the gentleman I spoke with said he realized I had been waiting a very long time, and that he would remove the cylinder so they could get the new key made. He removed the entire piece. I then kept calling about twice a week for almost another month, getting different answers like "its not that easy" or "the guy that's better at this is off today", and finally "we can't do this, come pick it up. I was fine with this as I had contacted the manufacturer and discovered they could replace the key for $7.99 each. I went in to get the lock and they handed me only part of the lock. I asked about the other parts, and they tried looking for those parts and could not find them. They said to call back the next day after they had a chance to look around. I called twice more and was told they couldn't find the parts. I finally spoke with Jaden who said to order the replacement parts from the manufacturer and they'd reimburse me as he realized they lost the parts and this was taking forever. I contacted the manufacturer, got a quote and told Jared, he said that was fine and they'd reimburse me. (send by txt messages, so I actually have it in writing). I got the parts, confirmed they were correct and sent the invoice to Rackliffe. No one responded. I tried again and was told I had the wrong number!
