On 20Feb2023, my new vehicle (~4200 miles) was dropped off at this location for a ceramic coating process. Upon picking up the vehicle a number of scratches/dings/imperfections were noted. One was a deep mark down to the base. The ceramic coat should create a smooth/impervious surface. I pointed the items out and their team had to use buffing compound to get them out. For one spot, I was told it would require body work. The car was hand washed by me a few days prior to dropping it off and none of these spots were seen. Nor were they documented by Gotham prior to starting the project. They also interestingly didn’t see them in their “after pictures.” I was told they were “rock dings” however the service that was apparently provided should have addressed these spots. The woman at the front desk called the owner to discuss the issue while I was there while the team worked to get these issues addressed. She stated “it looks like something scratched across the panel.” I was told I could bring it back for the body work that now was needed. The appointment was scheduled for 01Mar2023. I was also told the issues were likely there from the dealer, which is not true. Once I began unpacking a bag of personal items they had collected from the center console I noted that there were items missing/stolen. Vinyl window decals were also installed. There are a few curled spots and a number of bubbles present. I called and told them about the missing/stolen items. I also cancelled the follow up appointment as their operations are sketchy to say the least. They did not seem to care. Other ****** reviews reveal more of the same. I paid 1994.06$ and was completely ripped off as items were stolen and the car was returned with issues that weren’t present to start.
