The business did not respond to BBB's request that it provide proof of any awards won by the business and proof that the business is HomeAdvisor Screened & Approved.
On its website the business states "All of our work is completed to very high standards and fully guaranteed" and "Satisfaction guarantee." Under the BBB Code of Advertising, when using the term guarantee, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details can be seen prior to sale. These details must disclose any material limitations on the guarantee. Advertisers should only use “satisfaction guarantee,” or similar representations in advertising if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request. BBB requested that the business add the terms of its guarantee to its advertising and suggested that if its policy does not include a full refund that it consider consider modifying this statement but did not receive a response.
