    My family and I have relocated 3 times during my career. Beyond a doubt, Cartus was the worst experience of all 3 moves!. I do not see any value in their Client Service Consultants, as they regurgitate policy details by phone only once, during the introduction call. Our consultant LaWanda P******* only spoke with us once, and to get information or details from her via email took days, sometimes weeks with multiple requests. There was a serious lack of follow-up, misquoted or completely missing policy information and we did not obtain even 1/2 of our closing costs reimbursement by plan due to unwritten 'out of policy' items. Our consultant was rude to my wife, and difficult to work with. If your company is looking for a relocation company that treats your employees with "white-glove service" look elsewhere. There are other global relocation companies that will do what it takes to ensure your employees have a positive relocation experience.

Any costs that may have arisen during the home sale transaction that were non-reimbursable were outside of your relocation policy. Cartus took every step reasonably necessary to mitigate such costs and sincerely apologize if your experience was not entirely to your satisfaction.     This was one of the worst experience of my life. To put that into prospective, I've been shot before. Unorganized no communication. If your company offers there services just don't do it. I wish I would of just took the money. To top it off they stole close to $4000 of equity from the house I sold. I am having to contact FTC to report them for fraud. I would only recommend Cartus if you want your belonging loss(maybe stolen), you want to work with the worst realtors(they only get the ones that cant get clients on their own otherwise or why would they work with these incompetent thieves), and you want them to steal your equity. only gave one star because I was forced to. I wish they had negative stars.

    Worst corporate relo company ever. Had major issues from not reimbursing expenses entitled to a number of goods getting lost or broken to not delivering stuff on time to trying to charge for stuff not needed or applicable. Very shady company.

    My daughter has been so frustrated with Cartus. They have delayed her move again and again even if she had told them that she would have to start her work on July 25th and have to move in on July 18th because she had already delayed her move-in for a month. Their approval time took two weeks, and then they said they could help move her stuff by the end of August for her start date on July 25th! What is wrong with this company. And my daughter had tried to contact them for so many times, and they would not respond before July 4th.

    Ridiculous is all I can say. Horrible to non existent communication. They decide what to reimburse out of plan/funds that my husband is entitled to. Provide no insight into costs of movers so that we know what is being charged is accurate. Every time you speak to rep, even if you can physically get on phone, information given to you changes. We have relocated previously through corporate relocation and this is by far the worst. Last 2 times we relocated we had 3 small children under age of 3. We are empty nesters now with only an apartment and this relo is a mess.
