52k contract with 3 days to cancel no email to cancel 100 miles away paid $265 for legal telegram to cancel because of wording in contract scared me ,3 days to cancel by midnight any company that does this can not be trusted.

Eddie is a great representative. I've been considering solar for a while now but never felt comfortable enough to make the switch. I've had numerous solar representatives come to the house trying to get me to switch but never felt confident or comfortable enough with them to make the switch. Eddie however sat with me for multiple hours discussing all my options and going over every possible scenario that may come up. He even went as far as drawing up multiple panel options with multiple qualities and everything that they all offer. I told him that i would give it some serious consideration and that I would get back to him in a day or two. In that time period I thought of more questions I had and contacted him and when I did he again talked with me for almost an hour going over and answering all my questions indepth. After everything was all said and done I decided to go ahead with it and make the switch. I look forward to having them installed and seeing my electric bill almost decrease by half. Eddie overall is a great representative and very very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him and will certainly do so in the future.Empower Energy Solutions Inc.

We’ve read all the preceding reviews, and we’d like to avoid being too repetitive, but the truth is, first, that Ryan S****** is clearly trustworthy, sincere, and honest. This is in sharp contrast to the salesman of another solar company, whose hard-sell tactics were infuriating. Also, Ryan is committed to a goal—promoting sustainability, against climate change. That’s what he studied at ***** (in the School of Earth & Sustainability, we think) and that’s what drew him to his job. Also, as everyone says, he is a joy to work with. He very patiently and repeatedly explained everything about solar panels—their operation, their cost, the financial incentives—to a couple of English professors not too confident in our technological knowhow or math skills. He is informed about everything from the equipment to the dynamics of the electrical grid and the economics of Eversource. He oversaw the process every step of the way, explained delays (as people say, never his fault), and was always easy to reach and quickly responsive, by phone, text, or email. Integrity, reliability, care—he’s got it all. Oh, also, because we have a slate roof, and every other company said we’d have to replace it, in addition to cutting down trees, we’d abandoned the idea of getting solar panels. But Ryan arranged installation on slate. Working with him was the highlight of the process—though we’ll also say that the Empower slate-installation workers were nice guys, friendly, courteous, and quick. Jobin did a great job explaining solar to me. He answered the questions I had and told me about the programs available. I would recommend Jobin and Empower to my friends, neighbors and family if they interested in solar.Empower Energy Solutions Inc.

Ryan was great to work with from introduction to installation. Very knowledgeable, patient and always available. Ryan and his team were on top of everything, communicating clearly every step of the way. Overall just an excellent, pressure free experience. The quality of the work was exceptional. The city inspector was very impressed by the work that was done. Madelyn was my representative from Empower Energy Systems. We had tried and failed to 'go solar' on two previous occasions. The Empower team made it all so straightforward for us. In particular, Ryan Severin was fantastic as a first point of contact.-- always communicative, and honest to a fault about the timing of every stage of the job. One of the 2 power switches they installed started to arch within a month of install. After calling a number of times with them telling me on the phone that everything was fine and the panels just checked in and there was no error from the system. They finally sent someone out when I told them it sounded like fireworks. It has been like this for about 6 months and all I get from them is we are still looking into coming out to resolving the issue. Now the conduit inside the house is leaking water when it rains. Called a number of times about both issues and no one comes out. Just a txt message saying we are looking into it...Empower Energy Solutions Inc.

We started this process in August 2022. Our rep Dennis has been very nice however we are now in April 2023 and not active. Our panels were installed a few months ago but are still not turned on due to the fact the work did not clear in Electrical inspection. Hoping this will be corrected soon though no update as of 4/8Empower Energy Solutions Inc.
