    I purchased an **** from this store on 8/4/23 I returned the **** on 8/13/23 in person. The store manager Joseph M. Who I returned the item to and tried to FORCE me to keep the **** by saying he wouldn’t take it back because of a smudge of ink on the box. I told him to get another box or tell me how much the box cost. He said no I told him I didn’t have time for this I was leaving the **** with all its components that came with it and leaving. He then stated “I will just send it back to your house then.” I could not believe what he was saying or how he was acting so I started to record with my phone. He knew from previous conversations I adopted a child that could not see or walk due to abuse and he was in a wheelchair. I mention that not for sympathy because this child is still amazing in my eyes but I said it for him to understand how hard it was for me to get out the house with him and my other child with autism. So I could not afford to keep with the back and forth. Heartlessly He did the unthinkable and sent it back to my house anyway! I brought it back (unopened) to the *** store to refuse delivery. I have attached *** receipt. I received a $508.26 bill for the **** the next month. I called ******* they called that store and was told that Joseph would check for the return and let ******* know to stop billing. I called *** because it shows I sent it back but there wasn’t a drop off point. So I asked about filling out a claim I was told I could not because I was not the original sender. That Joseph would have to do it. This was also told to ******* representative. The rep told me not to worry because it of the proof I sent it back. I have attached the tracking receipt showing I returned it even though I returned it in person the first time( the second time it still fell within the 30 days). I pray the BBB will help me in this matter because this person has not only acted inappropriately but still continues to bill me for something I do not have.

    Since BBB’s letter to company was ignored please post my complaint so people who are victimized by this company as I was know that they are not alone and there is hope. Please remove my personal information before posting. Thank you.
