I bought a car on June 5, 2024 from this dealership. When I got there, they showed me the car and allowed me to take it on a short test drive. When it was brought back, questions were asked about the condition of the car. The dealership owners stated that they had to go through a full inspection of the car as well as safety inspections per the ** laws and if they did not do that, they would be in a lot of trouble. 5 days after having the car, it needed to be towed to the dealership and the torque converter had to be replaced. The dealership used the third party warranty that was purchased with the car to pay for the repair. After 2 weeks, I got the car back and it had to be towed AGAIN after 2 days of getting it back because it would not start and no lights would go on. This time it was towed to ****** *** in ******, **. Some sensors were broken and the main ground wire for the battery was falling apart. I had to pay $600 to get these repairs done. The AC was also not working and I had to pay another $500 to cover the cost of repair after the warranty covered what they would. After driving it for a little bit, it was discovered that the rear shocks are completely gone and the whole body of the car shifts when going over a bump at a rate of speed over 45 mph. That is estimated to cost $963 to repair. The car also will keep the fan running after it is shut off which suggests that another problem concerning the thermostat is happening. The dealership was made aware of all problems and offers no solutions and is offering to pay a "limit of $500" for all of the repairs that have been done in the past month and a half of owning the car. I am filing a complaint with the *** on the **** complaint. I would like a refund for my down payment, repairs that I have payed for, my first month payment, and the loan to be discharged.
