  If I could give this a 0 I would. When I first booked the move, the owner Keith answered all my questions and said if there are any issues to reach out to him. The the day before my move, I call to confirm the time of arrival so I could plan out the rest of my day, he proceeds to scream over the phone saying I was unreasonable because he can't even give an estimate of the time of arrival. By far the worst customer service I have experienced. Thank god I didn't give them a dime of my money. You would be better off moving with a random truck you hail down on the side of the road. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.

  Horrific experience, avoid at all costs Per the quality of all of our furniture and electronics, wrapped, unwrapped, boxed or unboxed, there seems to be no difference or nothing that could have been done to prepare for the sheer lack of care or professionalism their company offers. The damage to our items across the board is alarming, extensive and disturbing. Allard has responded to our claim that they are willing to pay $264 against over $5,500 worth of damage. They are also requesting ‘before’ photos to validate the damage? I have of some of the items in the background of family photos but nothing of the items themselves, I was unaware that I would need to have these otherwise I would have absolutely taken them. They’re also rejecting claims based on their movers observations of the furniture, why would I pay thousands of dollars to ship damaged furniture to ******  What I want to underscore, highlight and scream from the mountaintops it they THEYRE DELETING BAD REVIEWS OFF OF ******* The positive, glowing reviews that are still there are not real, you can tell when you click into the persons profile that says they've reviews 'X' number of other companies and it takes you to an empty page. This will happen over and over again. I also left my negative review and realized it had gone missing a couple of days later. This company CANNOT BE IN BUSINESS ANY LONGER. Please do something about this.

  Do not use this company. Run away from them. There is not enough room here to explain what happened to us. Between the truck(s) arriving late, being given false information, and the EXTENSIVE amount of damage we incurred, it is scary that a company like this is still in business. Not a single TV made it in tact (0 for 3). I would guess 80% of our furniture was broken, chipped, scratched, gouged, or stained (from the brown tape). If it wasn't damaged, it was filthy. We guess probably 5-7k in total damage, but they denied the majority of our claim (we have all supporting pictures/receipts) and only offered us $246 to cover everything. The contract says 60 cents per pound, and we assumed that a couple items would be damaged, but this amount was borderline criminal. It was impressive how much stuff was broken. I honestly wonder if they were in a car accident, or if they just threw items off the truck when they were going in/out of storage. Many of the google/yelp reviews are fake. There are more true reviews on yelp. My wife will be submitting a formal complaint with BBB and we are also discussing with our lawyer unless they make this right. After reading other "real" reviews, it doesn't seem like they will.

  BEWARE !! These people destroyed many many items during our relocation multiple items are scratched and dinged as well as helped themselves (stole) multiple items from us. After filing a claim and multiple attempts to e-mail and contact them by phone they don’t even have the decency to return a call or e-mail. Just be careful people. We were forced to leave many items behind as they said all would fit in their truck and that was incorrect as well. Buyers beware, not a trustworthy company at all !

  I've recommended and used Allard Send personally with no problem! They recently helped me move and everything went great from start to finish. They called ahead and showed up on time. They were super courteous to me and my belongings. Double checking what needed to be moved or whatever I needed. I would highly recommend them for a move and will be using them in the future if needed,

  I used Allard to move from the ***** **** **** ** ********* ** ********** *** It was a totally positive experience. The quote was reasonable, the crew was pleasant and professional, showed up on time and in less than 6 hours they loaded the truck drove to Connecticut and unloaded the truck. Nothing was damaged and what I feared might be a stresfull experience went very smoothly, I highly recommend them.
