    Our office receives frequent unsolicited calls every day from Lester, Inc., often originating from various numbers with the *** area code. These persistent calls are highly disruptive to our daily operations and have created an increasingly uncomfortable situation for our team. Due to the ongoing nature of this issue, we have decided to file a formal complaint.

    Stop calling our office! Even when I have asked to be removed from your call list, the calls persist MULTIPLE times per day. This is clearly a violation of the Do Not Disturb Act. Besides the fact that I have blocked 9 numbers from your company so far. Any customer that uses your service will not succeed do to the harassment that you are inflicting on the businesses you call. No one wants these crummy trade magazines anymore anyway!

    Lester Inc provides calling services for multiple B2B and fundraising clients. Our B2B clients are routinely publishers of Trade Publications that are sent free of charge to qualified individuals within that industry. Our role is to call subscribers and validate their qualifications based on a series of demographic responses. Often, we try to contact multiple individuals at a company. When possible, we update the information for all individuals on one call, but there are times when multiple calls are required to contact each person.

    We have removed this number, ###-###-####, from our calling lists. If there are additional phone numbers that ring to this office, please provide those numbers. Do Not Call lists are, by law, maintained by phone number.

    This company should be closed. All they do is call me non stop. Never leave voicemails. If it continues I will file harassing charges. They have bneen told to stop but call all the time every day. Every day it's a different number all with the *** area code exchange.

    Lester, Inc. is a tele-scam company that postures as a "marketing company". Our office receives frequent unsolicited calls every day from Lester, Inc., always from different 475 area code numbers. We’ve blocked at least 20 different numbers from them. Lester Inc's harassment has become extremely frustrating and costs our business money by interrupting our operations. If one looks at the number of complaints made here at BBB alone, you will see that Lester Inc. repeatedly responds with contrite apologies, but then goes right on exactly as before harassing business owners as well as individuals, and clearly expects to continue operating in this manner with impunity. No more. Lester, Inc. is a nuisance organization, and as an attorney, I will initiate a class-action lawsuit in the very near term against these miscreants.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I never invited Lester Inc to call me. I have never done any business with Lester Inc.  Numerous other people have been victimized by Lester Inc's harassing phone calls, yet it persists in its toxic and hostile practice of contacting people without their permission. The only acceptable response would be for Lester Inc to CEASE AND DESIST its hostile and unethical phishing scam phone calls forthwith and pay out money damages to each and every person it has contacted for no legitimate reason. Should Lester Inc continue to contact my number with its phishing scam calls, it should expect that I will file suit to collect money damages against it.

    Lester Inc is a scam / phishing telemarketer.  Lester Inc is a serial "marketing" phone scammer.  Lester Inc merely offers the same phony excuses for each complaint levied against it as to what it is obviously doing: contacting private homes and businesses for no legitimate purpose aside from the blatant attempt to scam anyone who takes their calls.  Explanation REJECTED.

    Our office receives multiple unsolicited calls every day from Lester, Inc., always from different 475 area code numbers. Despite repeatedly asking them to stop, they continue to call us using newly generated numbers. So far, we’ve blocked at least 20 different numbers from them. This has become extremely frustrating, and we urgently need them to STOP.

    I get calls to my cell phone every day from Lester Inc, and despite sending every one to voice mail, then blocking each number that calls, a new one pops up like Whack-a-Mole. They never leave any message. It's disturbing and annoying. Is this really how a legitimate business operates? I don't think so.

    Constant phone calls every day from unknown numbers. Continuously blocking numbers, but there's a new one every day or so. No answer when I pick up. No answer when I call back. Useless company. Turns out they're just some scrub company and I'm considering getting a class action suit together with a few dozen people who've all come together to universally say, "***** *** and leave us alone."
