I purchased a 2013 *** ** on October 14th 2021 from Central A/S LLC. in **** ******** ** The car was giving me problems after a few months On February 3rd the Engine light came on and the car wasn't driving the same anymore. I called central auto because i was on warranty and wanted to see what was going on with the car. I wasn't able to bring my car in until February 23rd. I was told from central auto that the coils were bad and the spark plugs needed to be replaced. after agreeing, I didn't receive my car back until Monday March 14th. keep in mind this job shouldn't take day. and I had to spend over 800$# for rentals so that I could get back and forth to work. That same day the car was running the same way I brought it in. so I brought the car to ******* in ********** 3/25/22. and it had even more codes pop up on the car. I called the central auto and told them about the problem, they told me they wee going to call me back, I never received a call back from them, On Friday April 1st. the car would not start and i was told by *** the alternator was not working and the battery was low. so I went down to the dealer in east ******* after getting no answers or work done on my car, I was told to tow the car down to them so they can look at it. unfortunately I cant get into the car because the car and key fob are both dead. so I called the dealer again to see if they can assist, and I was told "if you call back I will call the police on you" very unacceptable behavior from this place. something needs to be done immediately. I want my money back or a different car, I also think attorneys need to be involved. i was not treated fairly in this process.Business response

the car fax showed that it was like new. What I received was a vehicle which had been spray painted and poorly body filled almost everywhere. I called the dealership to express such concerns and they said they would pay 1/3 the costs to repaint the vehicle professionally. They sent me a $1000. I did not have the body worked on yet because it was still at a **** dealer evaluating it's safety. The dealer will not pass inspection and needs $9000 in repairs. It has frame rot that was covered up with rubbered paint. The gas tank leaks it is rotting away. The water pump leaks it needs to be replaced. Anything that is metal on this **** needs to be replaced it is so badly corroded it cannot be worked on. It's impossible to do a wheel alignment because all of the steering components are corroded together. With taxes included I'm $17500 into this vehicle. The dealership does not return my calls. I want to return this vehicle because I can't afford to fix it. It's a total lemon. Not repairable!Business response
