    very friendly staff, finance process was fairly simple and straight forward. large selection of cars. Eva the manager helped me out with finding the right car for me. AB was very attentive and helpful

    I purchased my 2017 ** ****** last month, and i promised I will put a review after i make sure everything was good on the vehicle, so far I'm very impressed by the service, the delivery of the car and the after sales service. Eva the manager and Manar in finance took care of everything, unlike other dealers I've been to, Central went the extra mile and had me change my mind on how used car dealers operate.

    From the moment I walked in till the moment I left with the **** ****** I purchased for my daughter, the process was fairly decent, staff was attentive and finance was really fast with great rates offered. I had a concern for detail that was addressed on the day I picked up the car and got a full tank of gas. Thankful for Central making the purchase easy

    As a female 21-year-old college student, I was excited to buy my first reliable and safe car after saving for two years. Money has never been readily available to my family, so this purchase was a big deal for me. I worked with Brian H, who showed me a 2019 ****** ******** The car looked great, and the Carfax report was clean. I was thrilled and ready to finance it for over $14,000. Before finalizing the purchase, I asked if I could take it to a mechanic for an inspection. Brian assured me that was no problem. On the day I was set to take the car home, I brought it to a mechanic, expecting a routine check. To my surprise, the car had serious issues. There were mouse nests in the engine, and the wiring had been chewed through, explaining why some of the lights didn’t work. The air filters were contaminated with mouse urine and droppings. The rear brake pads needed replacement, among other issues—totaling over $4,000 in necessary repairs. The mechanic strongly advised me not to buy the car. When I returned to the dealership to let them know I wouldn’t be purchasing the car, Brian’s attitude completely changed. He became rude and dismissive, which was incredibly disappointing. When I raised my concerns, I was told, “New air filters are a luxury.” As a woman, I was already wary of being taken advantage of at a car dealership, but Brian initially seemed trustworthy—only to prove otherwise. Three weeks later, after visiting two other dealerships, I found a great car at ********* **** **** ** ************ *** The experience there was completely different—no hassle, no hidden fees, and no outrageous interest rates. The staff was honest, and within 20 minutes, I had a reliable car at a fair price. If you’re looking for a car, I strongly recommend avoiding Central A/S LLC. Save yourself the time and frustration, and go somewhere that values honesty and customer service, especially towards women.

    Got my **** in June and less then an hour after leaving lot the transmission went. They fixed it, but gave me 2 different time frames. And apparently after going to do an oil change it appears I'm missing the air intake on my jeep. Tried to call several times no one answered. UPDATE I WENT TO USE THE WARRANTY THAT I PURCHASED FOR $900 FROM THE DEALERSHIP AT THE BEGINNING OF MAY 2024 WELL MOST A YEAR AFTER I PURCHASED THE CAR TO FIND OUT THAT THE COMPANY A&S DID NOT REGISTER MY WARRANTY ANYWHERE AND I SPENT FROM 8:30 IN THE MORNING TILL 7:06 AT NIGHT RESOLVING THE ISSUE WITH MY WARRANTY BECAUSE THEY CHARGED ME $900 AND HAD NO WARRANTY PUT ON MY VEHICLE THEN PROCEEDED TO PASS ME AROUND BETWEEN THE LOAN COMPANY AND A COMPANY NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE WARRANTY THAT I HAVE THE ONE THAT I PURCHASED SPECIFICALLY WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR LAST YEAR IN 2023. WHEN THE WARRANTY WAS FINALLY ACTIVE I HAD MY CAR TOWED THERE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO BRING IT RIGHT TO THE SHOP AND WAS UNABLE TO SO I HAD TO PARK IT OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. THEY REPLACED TWO PARTS AND THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT ONCE AN OIL CHANGE WAS COMPLETED THAT I COULD BRING IT BACK IN FOR HIM TO COMPLETE ANY ADDITIONAL WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THREE DAYS AFTER THEY REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR AND IDLER PULLEY MY CAR IS BACK TO MAKING A VERY LOUD NOISE SO I TRIED TO TEXT THE SERVICE MANAGER PER HIM TELLING ME TO AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR ME TO GO GET IT FIXED HE DID NOT CALL ME OR TEXT ME BACK. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO REACH OUT TO A&S IT WAS A GAME OF TAG OF TRYING TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE TO GET MY CAR IN AND REPAIRED BEFORE THE WARRANTY WAS UP ON 5/26. NOW I AM HAVING ISSUES GETTING MY CAR INTO A&S FOR THE WORK AND AGAIN HAVE HAD NO CONTACT FROM A MANAGER OWNER OR SERVICE MANAGER REGARDING THIS SEVERE ISSUE. NOR DID THEY REPLACE THE PART THEY REMOVED WHEN REPLACING THE TRANSMISSION THAT CRAPPED OUT HOURS AFTER I PURCHASED IT.

    I traded in my **** ** ******* *** * **** ** ******** The first thing salesman Brian says to me is "There's no battery in it", They find a used battery and say follow me to the gas station. It's 50 yards away so I drive over and shut the ** off. Brian says " I should have told you not to shut it off" He jumps the ** and puts gas in and the gas light doesn't even go off. Brian says "go for a test drive and let us know what you think the ** needs and we'll fix it." Well, I'm not a mechanic, I can only drive it down a neighborhood street and see if anything obvious is going to make a noise or bump when it's not supposed to much less run out of gas. I drive it back and say the air conditioning lights don't work right and he says they will fix that. Well I've never signed so many papers for the sale of a car as this one. I asked if there was a warranty, he said no. I get to a form that says "as is". I should have run out of the place when I saw that but I love ** Cruisers so I signed it. Well, I drive it home happy as a clam and the next day I'm driving and the transmission goes clunk, clunk and would not shift into 4 or 5th gear. I called Brian, he says turn it off and start it again. I do and it works fine. He said the service department would call me. They never did. Still haven't heard from him. Got to get it inspected so I found out it needs a ball joint and there is an illegal brake line fitting. It wasn't leaking so the tech says he can overlook it but it's illegal, a pressure thing. $360 later it's inspected. I called a transmission place and they suggested I take it to a dealer, they have better testing equipment. I can imagine the cost of that. Being **** it is out of warranty so I got an Endurance Extended Warranty contract at $187 a month for 72 months. I would be willing to accept another vehicle of equal value hopefully white as a resolution. I've only driven 300 miles since so it is the same plus a new ball-joint. Oh, the gas door hinge is broken also.

    I recently purchased a Mercedes from Central A/S LLC. From the moment I walked through the door I had such a positive experience! Very friendly staff, especially Manar the woman who helped me with financing, quality vehicles, and great prices. The sales team was amazing from start to finish! I love my car and would highly recommend this dealership.

    Quality, Integrity and Peace of Mind is what you will find at Central A/S LLC. The search for my daughter's first car took us from **** ******* ** to this wonderful place in CT. Sales associate Brian reassured us over the phone by fully explaining the procedure of buying a car from out of state and was fully transparent explaining the "out the door" price which eliminated any chance of confusion or error at the time of purchase! We knew it was worth the trip upon arrival and so impressed by how they operate. They are directly adjacent to one of the largest auto auction houses in the northeast (two per week) so they always have a huge selection of everything imaginable (including our Mini Cooper) on two separate sale lots. In addition to their finance department, there's a "full service" repair facility on site run by Khasha who ensures that no vehicle makes it onto or off their lot without his approval. His attention to detail and concern for safety gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. Brian, Khasha and Nicole, thanks for making what could've been a very stressful transaction and making it into a very smooth and rewarding experience! When the time comes, I will most definitely be back to purchase another vehicle.
