    Unprofessional. If possible, I would rate it half a star. A more robust system is needed for granting business licenses for renovations or remodeling. It's been a waste of money; over $26,000 spent and not a single initiated project completed. I concur with the previous reviewer's sentiment: "Check the license. Terrible experience." Renovations are expensive, and no one should be allowed to commit such acts without repercussions. I acknowledge my part in this, as my grief prevented me from overseeing the work being done. However, my grief will not be wasted. I am determined to pursue this matter to the fullest extent. After numerous no-shows, we reached our limit and requested their absence. The company still retains my credit card information used for past purchases and has not returned the dust bag for the floor sander. The work ethic of this company baffles me. Kudos to those whom this company deemed worthy of completing a job for. I assert, with conviction, that nothing I paid for was completed in full. A thousand dollars was given to commence work on a laundry room, which never started, and when I requested a refund, I was informed the money went towards buying a house. Currently, I am still owed $675. Caution is advised. Avoid companies that rely on verbal agreements or charges; insist on written contracts and start dates. Do not make full payments until all work meets your satisfaction. My pain persists, but my resolve is stronger, and I will not let this matter rest.
