    Jim was foul mouthed with his crew. He cancelled repeatedly on days he was supposed to show up. The “three day job” stretched into a month. He was overbooked with other jobs. He offered to build in a shelf into an opening in one room. It looked amateurish at best. The unpainted walls were to be “paint ready” for me to finish. They were not. Ceiling paint was splashed onto light fixtures and walls. Drywall compound covered window frames and other surfaces that I then had to clean off. (Photos exist on his company website.) He became very angry when I tried to point out things that had not been done or done poorly. I caved and paid him, telling him I would rather fix the mess myself. I would not recommend his services.

    WARNING! Jim is not licensed and his work shows it! I hired Jim to do minor electrical and plumbing repairs which he said he could handle. When he left, everything he touched was not operating and or leaking. He did (and charged me for) things that weren't asked for and used incorrect parts because ,"**** ***** didn't have the right parts". I had to hire actually licensed professionals to fix everything. The licensed contractors confirmed that all the work he did was not compliant in any way. When I tried to discuss this with him, he became very hostile to the point that I had to block his number. He blamed me
