    Owners refusal to respond or terminate membership for many customers

    Good morning to whom this may concern, 

    A refund has already been submitted to ***** ****** and the member has been cancelled effective as of April 8th 2024. We are unsure as to why ***** ****** has stated we are refusing to cancel many memberships. I have attached a graph that our software company **** **** has provided us. We have processed all cancelations requested. We hope this is resolved smoothly and we apologize to ***** ****** for any inconvenience.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, although there is some mistruth on their behalf as refund and cancellation had to come through the credit card companies assistance after 3 failed attempts through their portal and two phone call attempts , there is no further action required. A simple review search of ENV will show multiple complaints of the exact same nature in the companies unwillingness to cancel memberships. With any luck , their policy will change in how they handle and allow people to willingly due business with them, as well as move on without this type of hassle.
