The customer service was excellent. Angel was very patient and helpful in determining what coverage I needed. Would highly recommend and will use Travel Insured from now on for all my travel needs. Thanks Travel Insured!

We had 4backtoback cruises in the ***** ******** and on the last leg of our voyage I contracted bacterial pneumonia with sepsis and arrived home November 18th,2024 under doctor's care. Our next cruise was set for December 28th 2024 out of ********** *****. We cancelled our cruise the next day, but ***** ********* would only refund $600 of the total $3200 paid. WE sent a claim to TII for the remainder. They notified us that they received it in early December and would start a review. End of December they said they were missing the itemized cost of cruise and ** payout. This was included with the original info. So, I call the travel agent who provided me with the initial invoices, and instead of playing looper, and incurring more delay + mailing expenses, she called them direct to review the info sent. Called back telling me all good. The final request from TII was on Dec. 12th for my current Physician Statement reporting her assessment and statement of "do not travel" till her final Mid-January checkup. About, a month later TII sent an email 1-13-2025 saying all issues were settled and payout was in the mail. Check received 1-21-25 minus their insurance fees. This was a month later than my ****** ****** Care Check which reimbursed all my overseas medical expenses. Overall, a lot quicker than I expected.Travel Insured International, Inc.

I have used Travel Insured International for all our travel insurance for more than a decade. This year my wife and I were scheduled to depart on a tour to ****** on January 7, 2025. On December 30, 2024 my wife was diagnosed with Hepatitis A, probably as the result of a Hepatitis vaccination she received in preparation for this trip. Her doctor advised her not to take the trip. On January 2 we cancelled the tour, and I called Travel Insured International to notify the staff that we would have to cancel the trip and make a claim under the policy. The staff immediately sent me the claim forms. Over the next week the staff was always available to give me guidance on what to include in the claim. On January 9 I mailed the claim documents to Travel Insured International. Bad weather delayed the USPS in delivering the claim. Travel Insured International acted promptly and granted the claim after they received it. On January 29 the full amount of our claim was deposited into our bank account. It would be difficult to find better service. Service from Travel Insured International is first rate!!! We are now using Travel Insured International for 2 more trips in 2025 and are planning to use them for 2 more this year.Travel Insured International, Inc.

Very economical and unfortunately had to use the medical claim provision. Incredibly fast resolution and reimbursement for our covered claim. Highly recommended to all. A+++++++Travel Insured International, Inc.
