    This entity that proclaimed that customer's "satisfaction is guaranteed" actually harasses and intimidate an elderly woman of 74 years old. 1) It send me coins that I did not want and did not order. For more than 20 years I have been a customer of ****** ************* ******* and had coins that this entity sends me. 2) It sends items which originally claimed to be "free" and then demands payments (example is ***** ***** ** *****). 3) Failed to provide a plastic sleeve for an item, harasses for payment, claimed that sent a letter informing that it stopped to provide those sleeves which had never been received although entities that sell coins or stamps are always provide boxes for coins, and albums and sleeves for . Example is ****** ********.

    Thank you for the opportunity to resolve the for Ms. ******.  We have cleared her past due balance of $34.90 for the ****** ******** Coin as a matter of goodwill and will be sending her the requested sleeves.  We ask that the customer allow 7-10 days to receive.

    I ordered the ****** *** ***** Dollar collection from the ******** ******** *******. The company is having trouble getting the rest of my coins for this collection. So they started sending me silver coins from around the world. I never requested them. I have called on this issue several times. They sent a pre-paid shipping label to send the unwanted coins back; so they could refund my money. I sent the coins back in January of 2022. I have a confirmation that showed they have received the coins on January 31, 2022. Since then I have placed several calls to the company asking about my refund. When speaking with the service reps they can't see that I sent anything back. So they say they will have a manager call me. I have yet to hear from one. I called today 3-30-2022 to see if I could speak to a manager; however, their phone lines are busy; and say to call back later. You can't even leave a message for them to call you back. This is refund is appr. $2,000. When I spoke with the company initially I told them I didn't want them to send any more silver coins from around the world. However, some were still sent out. So, I need return labels for those coins. I would also like to know when the balance of the ****** *** ***** Dollar coins for my collection will be sent? If they can't finish my collection I want to send the coins back that I have. There is no point in keeping them if the collection is not able to be completed.     We have reached out to the customer and resolved the issue. She was refunded for the two years of shipments that she returned. We explained that we do not normally accept returns from so long ago, but we made an exception in her case. She has been cancelled from the silver coins of the world program but she continues to be an active customer in other programs.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, once I receive the refund to my credit card.  She told me it could take up to two billing cycles before I see the credit to my credit card.
