Purchase date 5/7/2022 Company sent me defective/used/damaged product without the tag attached. In their return policy it says they do not accept returns if the tag has been removed. I explained to them that I received them this way and showed them pictures of the defective product and they are now trying to push it off and drag it out by telling me things like “we have forwarded this to our concerned department” or “please give us 24 hours and this will be resolved” they also claim to not give refunds for products after a week of the delivery. I’m still in that week and they are not cooperating with me at all. I should have a return address by now and could have already sent them the product back. I emailed them about my issues the day I received the defective product. My order number is *****Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of shoes online back in January. This business took to long to even ship. I cancelled the order via email because you cannot reach anyone on the phone. The respond weeks later saying sorry for the delay your order is on the way. Replied and said i cancelled the order. The shipment has still not arrived and it is now March. I have not been refunded and they do not address any concerns in my emails.Initial Complaint

This is a scam. They wont honor their return policy. No one will answer their messages or phone number. I’m stating the item is defective and they won’t allow a refund or return.
