      Left this email for the manager… would never go back here again even for free. Hello Shawn, I am inquiring about a refund ASAP. I booked room 130 and it was a terrible experience. The shower was dirty, the humidifier was packed with thick thick dust, and also the room has bugs everywhere!! In the window sills, under the table, behind the chairs. What made me start looking around the room was I saw about 5 bugs crawling accords the floor and I killed them. Then I kept seeing more so I looked under the bed and the floor was covered in bugs. I will attach pictures. I asked the staff member at your front desk for a refund and I was very respectful although I did not sleep or shower because your room was absolutely horrid. It is board of health BAD!! I was told your assistant manager Katie woukd be in at 8:15 and could help me out with a refund and approve it through hotels.com. Your “assistant manager” Katie claims she actually is not a manager. She informed me you were the manager. I had asked her if I could have your phone number and she gave me a smart a** comment back. I can give you our hotel #. Why would I call the lobby when I’m standing in the lobby?? I then asked for your hotel email and she claimed “Shawn does not have a manager email”. I then go on your website and find your email right on the website. Not only was your manager not polite, she could have cared less the room was infested with bugs, and she lied to me. I left your box springs up and pulled everything out so it was an easy clean for you guys and could visibly see why I want a refund now. This is a board of health issue and hope you can resolve this issue for me.
