    I contacted this remodeling company in May 2022 as I was interested in a bathroom remodel for my primary residence. I grew up with and have been friendly with this merchant for 15+ years, so I was aware of their existing remodeling company. I contacted him and told him what I was looking for... we agreed on a plan, total cost ($2700) & completion date.. all written & documented. The project was to be completed by 6/17. In order for Johan to order materials, he asked that I send a deposit ($1,350). I sent the money via Square & his communication immediately DWINDLED. This date came & went...no Johan or his crew. Days later he apologized & we agreed on a new completion date. Not only did Johan not show (or contact me) for this deadline either, but over the course of the next 2 months, he missed deadlines on 4 separate occasions. Excuse after excuse piled up. So far, a project that was expressed would only take 2-3 days has stretched to 2 months & counting. He now has my money & will not respond to texts, calls, or emails (phone records attached). I'm writing this to not only help recoup the money that was STOLEN from me, but to assist & protect other prospective homeowners who are thinking of hiring this company. Please help out here. I don't know what other avenue to take. This is my hard earned money.
