      Date of incindent: 08/25/2022 filed a dispute of transaction against Foley Carrier Services in the amount of $384.00 in which was supposed to be refunded and cerdited to my banking services account on 08/24/2022, I haven't received. Date of transaction: 08/22/2022 time: 11:33am Date of refund: 08/22/2022 time: 1:00pm. The amount of money paid to the business: $384.00. What the business committed to provide: Third-Party company custodian. What the nature of the dispute: I just want my money back, because I never used any emails. I know all password to ***** PORTAL. From the time: 11:51am to 12:58pm I spent contacting ***** to appoint Foley as TPA I got on resolution. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: N/A, I only received a Cancellation Letter. Account Number: **********.
