1 starI wish I could give negative stars. It was a total scam; they gave me misleading estimates and charged $3000 for a $1700 BiPAP. Only use them if your insurance has no copay or deductible. If you have to use them, get your estimate in writing. Buy your CPAP and supplies online to save your money.Review fromBrian W

1 starThis is the worst billing company to deal with. They honestly need to be investigated for fraud. After buying medical supplies consistently for over 8 years, they hold my supplies and wont let my order through because all of a sudden I need to pay a $1,200 bill from 5 ******* years ago? and then when they send the bill, the balance says ZERO. They are scam artists and they overcharge the insurance company for supplies then the insurance doesn't pay for it and they expect you to cover the outrageous costs.Review fromNancy H

1 starThe company initially sent an email stating that I was eligible for a free breast pump replacement kit. When placing the order on their website, my insurance was verified, and the total balance at checkout clearly showed $0. However, several months later, I received a bill for the product. Upon contacting their customer service, I was informed that I had no outstanding balance. Despite this, I continued receiving billing notices. This practice appears to be a scam—misleading customers into believing they are receiving a free product, only to later demand payment. This is an unethical and deceptive business tactic that forces customers into unexpected financial obligations. I request that CareCentrix correct this issue immediately and cease these misleading billing practices.Review fromMark M

1 starCarecentrix and ***** are scamming patients with random collection letters demanding money we don’t owe. They are suppose to ‘help manage’ at home care/supplies/services. I believe the true plan is to deny patients the medications/treatments they need to manage illness/health. They have began denying just about everything. It’s all about $$$$$ and not at all about patients. I have medically necessary supplies delivered monthly for 13 years and I have paid my part of the bill without fail for 13 years. No problems. Then enter CC. What they are doing to patients can’t be legal or even ethical. My health insurance can’t/won’t give any me updated info. CC says I have a zero balance. ***** says CC is wrong. The amounts/dates from the ***** is continually changing. 2022: -With no warning, thousands $$$$$$$ were taken out of my bank account to pay for a 2017 lab bill that I never received, but the collection notice found me! I called everyone involved but repeatedly told nothing could be done. - collection agency sends notice for wrist braces I received over a year before. 2023- 2025- Much more of the same and getting worse. Those in charge have to be monsters or they wouldn’t put us through constant unnecessary, additional, continual H*LL. Lastly, when you call CC one of their ‘options’ is **** THE COLLECTION AGENCY! That is not normal. I’ve been stuck on a ‘medical hamster wheel’ for many years now, dealing with ridiculous issues nonstop. But this is the.latest and it’s only getting worse. I believe it’s the horrible state of our country allowing these thieves to slowly kill off people who still have value in this world. I’ve searched for an advocate of any kind to help me. I can’t keep up anymore.Review fromAaron V

Carecentrix is over charging for items provided by *****. ***** is a ***f that provided me with a cpap and carecentrix is a third party billing company. I am a Respiratory Therapist and have great knowledge of the cpap device that was provided to me. I know that cpaps have built in humidifiers and come as part of the cpap. Carecentrix is aware that a long time ago a humidifier had to be separate and therefore billed for separately. They are exploiting the fact that most patients don’t have the knowledge I have and are charging way too much money. My bill for the cpap is $84.31, but the humidifier is $225.99. This is insurance fraud as far as I’m concerned. When I spoke to them over the phone and explained how this was wrong they said there was nothing they could do because that’s the way ***** puts in the billing code. They told me to speak to *****. I did, they said that it was Carecentrix that needed to take care of it. I spoke with both companies several times and they both kept playing that game that it was the other company that was responsible. I finally returned the cpap expecting the bill to be cancelled since I returned it. Now, I work for a DME that supplies cpaps and I know that we cancel the bill if a patient returns the equipment and is unhappy so, that’s what I thought would happen. I also know that we sell the exact cpap I was provided and returned for $650. My bill for having the cpap for just a few months is half of that. After returning it they told me I still have to pay. I know those cpaps are cleaned and resold so why should I pay all that after having to go and buy one out of pocket on my own? This is total fraud, they are threatening to ruin my credit. I said I would even pay half, but they refused and were quite rude about it. This is the price of doing business with ***** and Carecentrix. They are both horrible companies that commit fraud. Can someone here at the Better Business Bureau please help me?CareCentrix, Inc.

CareCentrix is overcharging for critical medical supplies. I am in the middle of an appeal with my Insurance Company after finding out that Carecentrix charges $580 a month for a monitoring product that costs $75 a month in my local pharmacy. Basically making money from the patient (when consider 20% copays) in a product that should be completely covered by insurance. (It would cost me more to receive the product via insurance than just paying out of pocket). When you try to get information from them it takes months and completely unresponsive to logic. If your insurance company uses them for billing - PLEASE RUNCareCentrix, Inc.

Where do I start? The company is only skilled at one thing: Wasting your time. They put you on hold for endless hours and hand off your call to the next available warm body. If you're a new customer, they will feign the inability to authenticate your insurance, even after you force them to have a 3-way call with yourself, them and your insurance company. Then, they will still claim they can't authenticate you, even after you have your doctor fax over all insurance information, done at their request. I'm a new customer and this is the way you get treated from day 0??? WTF!!!!!! I need for someone to listen to all of these complaints and force some kind of change management on this company, because my experience thus far has been beyond horrendous. BBB please make it possible for us to give them negative stars, because even 1 star is way too kind for this level of trash service.CareCentrix, Inc.
