I purchased a used car and was given a 90 warranty on any safety issues. After the first week, the car made a loud noise when pushing the brakes. I was told to bring the car to service, and the bill would be on the dealership. I brought the car in as requested. After picking up the car, I noticed the noise was still there. I explained that it had to be fixed because I travel 83 miles to work up mountains, and it was a safety risk if the brakes were not repaired. The manager said to me, "There are items on a car that will always make noise, so the car is fine," but that did not make sense to me since I have owned a car since I was 20 years old from cheap to luxury and never have I had a noise that could not be fixed. Cars do not come with noise unless something is wrong. Eventually, I took the car to another dealer that immediately repaired and eliminated the noise and problem. Harte's manager says they overcharged me and refuse to reimburse me for the total price of the repair ($600). They agreed to reimburse me $150, which confused me because if the problem was repairable at the cost of $150, why would they not repair it? That would be good business instead of risking my life for $150. The most significant part was I had a $500.00 deposit on another car worth $35,000.00.

Brought my brand new car to get fixed and when I went to pick it up the whole front of my car was messed up (I mean BAD like my front grill is hanging off) I’ve been trying to talk to the manager of the service department Dominique but she’s never available and my service representative that I had Joe always gives me the runaround and never calls back after he said he would check the cameras because he knows my car wasn’t like that before it got there!! I am highly disappointed will never go back and I will definitely be complaining to every site, news, blog, ***** better Business Bureau, etc. It’s been over a month and they have yet to fix what they messed up.
