- No allowance will be made for flooring returned unless it is evident that Company was in error in filling the order or supplied non-conforming or defective products. No materials may be returned without a Returned Material Authorization RMA issued by the company. All requests must be made within 75 days of shipment. Even with proper authorization, our Customer Service Department must approve the date of the return. Returns, when accepted will be charged a minimum of 30% handling charge and be limited to current product lines, full and unopened boxes, and must be in a resalable condition. There are no returns allowed on any special order products.
