    I went to main auto on October 3 for repairs done to my calibers on both sides because the mechanic hozay recommended they be done. He charged me $75 for each caliber. When everything was agreed on he had another one of his associates work on the car. The car at first was intially fine being that I don’t have any knowledge of cars.Nov 6th I had the k memember frame replace by hozay for $550.00. When I arrived my car alignment was off, due to him not having help put the k memeber in place. Hozay told me himself when I asked him. On nov 9th I then had to take the car to ***** in **** ******** ** to get an alignment. I had to pay $162.75 for the repairs. While doing the repairs the ***** technician told me that the passenger side calibers was leaking. I immediately called hozay and told him what the technician found. He told me to come back to the shop, where he lifted the tire with a jack and told me that there was no leak. If it was brake fluid will be squirting out of the valve. The ***** technician lied to me. I told him okay and left. On dec 26th my abs and trac off lights went on in my car. I went home and called a another mechanic to have it look at. I rented a car on the 30th until the 3rd so that I could get around for work and school. The amount was $584.93. The mechanic called me back disgusted and said that both calipers were put in wrong and a technician would not have done it. I paid $440.00 for the repairs. I have been in contact with the general manager or owner Joe G** and explained everything stated above and wanted my a refund of $440.00 for the calipers being replaced and repaired. I have not have contact with him since then. I had went to the buisness on the Jan 3rd to see if the technicians that work on my car certifications and to no avail I wasn’t shown any which deeply concerns me for the safety of the public and myself.

    In regards to the above complaint we here at Main Auto are understand that Mr.******* is concern about the work that was performed on his vehicle in Oct.22. Yet we here at Main Auto do not feel responsible for the reason of the amount of time that laps . Also if Main Auto cause the malfunction then Main Auto should have been given the opportunity to correct the issue.

    After 3 months and worked performed on the vehicle elsewherethere are many unknowns that could have taken place which could have cause this issue for *******. We explain to ******* we value allour customers and are willing to take accountability for our services.

    Performed within 60 days and no ther facility and or persons has made any changes to the work last performed by Main Auto.

    I am rejecting this response because:all repairs were intially done by main auto sales. Every repair done after was to repair their mistakes. Because of the negligence that was used when the calibers was intially done, minor mistakes turned into big ones which unfortunately took time to discover because I was under the assumption that everything was done correctly. As far as me bringing the car to get the damage repaired from the mistakes was the best solution. After numerous times of bringing the car back to main auto sales to have the same repairs done because they weren’t done correctly the first time is absurd.
