    I have a pending transaction from Russell Speeders for $42.53. I canceled this last month yet I’m still being charged. Please reverse this charge and cancel my account!!

    I am continually being billed for a service which was canceled online and disputes seem to be unresolved. Tried to cancel in person and couldnt - was referred to online site and cancelled using barcode but am still being billed via credit card. I expect a refund and billing credit for additional 2 billings!

    I paid for one car wash a few years ago. They have been charging my credit card each month for something I never signed up for. I spoke with some one some time ago and they assured me that they would stop. However, I was just informed that they did not. I have only been to this business once.They are manually charging my credit card each month. I believe this constitutes fraud on their part. I want all funds that have fraudulently been received returned or the state should be pressing charges against this company. After reading several reviews it seems that this is a common deceptive practice committed against society. My supporting information would be that they charge me on the 2nd of each month. I have spoken with the credit card company and they will not allow any other charges.

    I have cancel my membership in via the online site 4 months ago(November 20, 23) and am continuing to be billed on my credit card even though I didn’t use their service once since cancelation. Want in person to ******* ** site and asked to stop the charges, they try to convince me to get an employee discount price. I refused and ask them to cancel. They continue to charge me. There is No number to call. Worse experience wit a vendor i had ever had.

    After cancelling on the company web, charges continued on my card until I had to submit a dispute on the charges with the credit card company and was issued a new card with a new number.

    My issue occurred after purchasing a single car wash at russel speeders in manchester ct. I have since been billed every single month in increasing amounts for well over a year in the amount of $643.19. I have not used the service in the time that i have been charged and have requested a refund and cancellation in person at the location but was told this was impossible and told to go on a wild goose chase online trying to cancel it with their parent company which never bore any fruit. I need this money returned and the subscription cancelled immediately.

    I was just charged $47.85 for an unlimited membership. Before the new year, it was $31.89. That’s a difference of almost $16/month (a 50% increase) without being notified of the change. My fiancé was laid off recently and I’m out of work recovering from surgery, which also means I’m not even driving for the time being. We cannot afford this. I need a refund but have not heard back from Russell Speeder’s.

    I originally purchased a car wash pass on June 19, 2023. I made several attempts to contact the location directly by telephone during the week of July 17 to cancel the pass before my credit card was charged for the next billing cycle. I have done this in the past with no issues. However, every time I called Russell Speeders in ********** the call would go directly to voicemail. I left a voicemail and never received a return call. The following week I stopped by the location and was given a paper with a QR code to scan to cancel the car wash pass. The pass was canceled on July 24, but I was charged the monthly fee of $26.58 on July 19 even though I did not take my car to be washed since July 17. Again I stopped at the location on August 1 as no one was answering the telephone at the location. I gave my contact information to a worker at the location who wrote it down in a scrap paper. I was told that my information would be passed on to “someone in regional” to assist in reversing the charge. As of August 6 I have not been contacted by anyone from regional at Russell speeders. I am writing to seek reimbursement of the fee of $26.58.

    We went on 4/19/2023 for a car wash and was informed by the attendant that we could pay $47.85 and get unlimited car washes for the next 2 weeks. We were charged on 4/19, 5/19, and 6/19. We would like to be refunded the amount for the last 2 months. We did NOT approve of this sale. I sent an email to the company via the company website a few weeks ago and heard nothing back from them. This is a total abuse of our credit.     Hi my name is Caleb F** and I am the GM of the Russell Speeders car wash in **********.  I did reply to the previous complaint once resolved but im guessing that was done incorrectly.  Upon recieving the first notice I called ***** ******* to resolve the issue and was called back by *****,  I told her to come in to the car wash so we could process the refunds.  ***** came in on 7-26-23 and we refunded all of the charges and verified that the wash pass had been canceled.  I believe there was a miscomunication on how to cancel the pass that was purchased.  Russell Speeders believes this issue to resolved on our end as well as ***** and *****'s.

    I just realized by looking at my credit card statement that I have been charged a membership for a car wash at this business. They are charging $45.72 for what appears to be a membership since January 2022 and other amounts since May 2021. Looking at all the online statements, I see that this has been happening since May 2021, where they charged me $21.26. I now remember that I went to do a car wash (I go approximately once or twice a year at that place) and the attendant pushed me to make a purchase a one month deal that would allow me to wash the car anytime within that sole month. I realize now that this person was deceiving me in that this was a permanent membership and he put me down for that, hoping that I may not realize what was happening. Indeed I did not realize and I regret not looking more frequent at the credit card statements. Let me be clear. I did not purchase an annual membership! And I did not wash my car at that place after that time. By the way, in June they charged me $41.47. I suppose they realized that I was not complaining about the charge (which I didn't notice) and then they charged me for a more expensive membership. I am ashamed for not realizing of these monthly charges. This seems to me like the perfect way to scam people.
