I went to Lynch Toyota 1/6/25 with my checkbook, my research done, and intent on purchasing a **** Plug-in on the spot. This car is in great demand so I was expecting it would be necessary to work with inventory across dealerships. However, the salesman was completely lost and apparently not getting help from the sales staff and became upset, not apparent to me or my wife. After well more than an hour and another long wait while the salesman consulted the sales staff, I went to the desk and asked that I not be kept waiting any longer. The Sales Manager Michael R then without preamble said "Get the **** out of my store" twice, in full view and within hearing of the entire sales floor. So I left. An email to the General Manager that night resulted in no response until a few days after I called Toyota directly. In his late response, the SM did express a (weak) apology and promised to "discuss the matter in more detail with everyone here on the Sales Team". I am shocked that any manager would consider that kind of behavior anything other than an immediately fire-able offense. But Michael R is still there and the Sales Team has an object lesson that such behavior to customers is apparently tolerated and will get you nothing more than a discussion with the rest of the staff. Now I am driving a ******* ***** **

DO NOT lease a car from Toyota! This is in the contract - "You may not change or stop your monthly payments for any reason, even if the vehicle is non-operative." I must continue paying for a car I can't drive because the one part necessary to fix it, is on back order. In fact, the part won't come in until after my lease expires. And, they don't have an available car to loan me while we're waiting for the part. I think this is unethical and a very bad way to do business. Well, good for them but bad for the customer.

Hello, I would like file a complaint for Mr. Sean S****** and Mr. L**** who in my opinion were very rude to me. I came in today (8/16/23) to Lynch Collision Center because of the scratches on my car that I think were done at the collision center and asked the manager to tell me if they have video to check if the scratches happened in the shop. And I got a response that there are no cameras in the shop (which I think is very convenient for the shop) and since I had my car for few weeks since I got it back I made the scratches myself and just want to accuse them so they would fix my car for free. I know did not make the scratches and I came to them to check whether it happened or not at the shop. What made me think that the scratch happened at the facility is that the scratches are on the area that was repaired by shop. Thus I think it was very disrespectful to accuse me for making the scratch, because it is not true. Other disrespectful words were that "anyone who don't even have half brain would understand" I guess meaning I don't even have half brain, very very disrespectful. The managers showed me other imperfections on the car saying that the car is not new thus it's ok to have scratches. Both manager were very mean to me. At this point I do not want to come back to the shop for any reason, I don't trust the facility, however I would like the managers to apologize.

Imagine purchasing a vehicle where the price increased from $34k to $40k because the dealership doesn't follow up with you or answer your calls for 1.5 yrs. Imagine you are paying more also because the dealership kept adding features that you declined numerous times. Imagine you purchase the vehicle so that your elderly mother can drive it. A woman named Julie gravitates to my mother's driver's license with a disgusted look on her face. Then out loud says, "Is that a Puerto Rico license?" "It's not legal". She then states out loud "Do you even drive with auto insurance in Puerto Rico!" Lynch employs a colonizer mentally it appears and very ignorant culture. There are many other things that have gone wrong with Lynch. They do not seem to understand the problem when I presented them with the issue. A driver's license is a valid driver's license no matter where it's from. To imply Puerto Rican's do not have auto insurance, to drive without auto insurance and that a Puerto Rican license is not valid is quite disgusting. The fact they see nothing wrong is more disgusting. The owner Mr. Lynch did personally call me to apologize, which was nice, except for the fact that he still did not understand what was wrong and what went wrong.
