    *Fraud and Scam - Sajid B**** of Faizan Travels and Tours, *********** *** This travel agency advertised to take people for **** pilgrimage in June-July 2023 (June 25 to July 4th). The cost of this package was $12700.00 per person. The travel agent Sajid B**** requested the money quickly via bank transfer and paperwork as well. We paid this agent on May 2023, he kept promising to give visas and confirm packages. The dates for ****, came and passed no visa no tickets nor hotel, nor reservations were sent to us. We were promised a full 100% refund . Until today no refund was sent to us. Every time we contact him, the money is in ***** ******, need more time for transaction. Turns out he was not the one booking, it was another travel agency from *** ****, whom sent out the money to a different travel agent in ******, ***** ******. On Nov 19, 2023, still no refund yet. He claims to be in ****** but he hasn't responded. It is now the end of 2023, he has still yet to return our money. He dodges our calls, has yet provide paper evidence of any of his claims or updates. It does not take over 6 months to refund money. Honest hard earned money of ****is.

As evidence of this, I have provided proof of an ongoing court case in ***** ******, which is directly related to this issue. This documentation has been sent to Mr. *** for review in the past, and I have also attached copies of these documents to this response for your reference. Please understand that the resolution of this matter is now contingent upon the proceedings and outcome of this court case. As such, my ability to expedite a refund or provide an immediate solution is limited until the case is resolved. I am committed to following the legal process diligently and ensuring that this matter is resolved in a fair and just manner.

    This travel agency advertised for taking people for *** pilgrimage to ***** ****** The cost of this package was $13700.00 Per person . The *** pilgrimage had fixed dates from June 25 to July 4th. We paid this agent on may 30 2023 for three packages a total of $41100.00 The dates came and passed no visa no tickets nor hotel reservations were sent to us. We were promised a full 100% refund . Until today no refund was sent to us. Every time we contact the money is in ***** ****** need more time for transaction.

    ***** **** has issued a complaint regarding money. He deposited money to ****** ****** *** - Address *** * *** *** *** ***** *** **** *****. The deposited money was for Hajj 2023. We are working with ****** ******* to get an ***** **** refund from our partners  in ***** ******. Once funds are received ***** **** will receive his money from Shakur Travel.
