On Saturday, March 26th, 2022 Marco O***** with Exquisite Concrete & Epoxy from ******** ** came out and received a payment of $1000 to order supplies to be able to repair the following: A long crack located at top of driveway, other misc. cracks throughout the base of the driveway, and to seal coat the entire driveway. Marco and 1 other person came out to do the work quoted above a few different days working around the weather. One day Marco left the helper to do the work as he left the property, this is important because the son-in-law later came out to state the helper was fired that day. On April 6th I paid Marco the remaining balance of $600. I am elderly so I didn't go out to inspect as Marco has done work for me before with no issues. I trusted the work was done satisfactory until I went out to a doctor's appointment and noticed several issues. Issues are as follows, tire and boot marks imbedded in pavement, asphalt splattered all over my garage door, asphalt peeling up and showing holes in driveway that were not there before, my driveway is two different colors and I still have many visible cracks. I have called and complained many times only to have Marco send his Son-in-law to inspect. His son-in-law took pictures and told me the helper was fired, the garage door should never had been splattered and he stated this is not their normal work. He mentioned he would show the pictures to Marco and they would come back to correct the issues. After about 2 weeks I still haven't heard back from anyone. I have called and left several voicemails because they are refusing to pick up the phone to any of my numbers. I still have not heard back from anyone about resolving the issues. All I want is for the work to be corrected as I was promised and for them to get the asphalt off my garage door.
