      They have my car for 54 days and counting. It needs a motor, its covered by the warranty. No problem right? They won't give me a loaner, and tell me I'm 12th in line... For 54 days, no movement? What kind of cars are they selling here? I can't afford to rent a car and also pay for this car that im not driving. The service department is horribly mismanaged and the phone system is awful, i've been on hold for 30 minutes before and then got hung up on, just asking the status of (another) car. If i could give zero stars i would, and if I could get a refund and walk away to buy another car I would, this is ridiculous. I've been lenient and way too nice to this place, I've given them too much business and regret buying this car. If only i can keep other people from making this same mistake. They failed me. I would never buy another car here.

      Oh it's regrettable alright, mostly on my part. 56 days of borrowing cars, missing out on things because I don't have a car, not to mention paying a car loan and insurance for two months on a car I don't have because you didn't plan out enough loaners, give me a break, you owe me money. Plan better.
