I been coming to new solutions Pain Management for a total of 6 years, I started at coming to new solutions pain management in Milford CT. at first, until the one in Orange CT. office opened, them I started coming to this one, I been referred from my doctor when I started coming to both 6 years ago due to my every day pain & diagnosis from my MRI & x-ray & imagings results & still I'm still current, the office has changed my provider at least 4 or 5 times in 6 years I been coming, until last year, they changed my provider to this one named Emily & still current with her as my provider recently in the last year been getting rudeness from Emily & unfair treatment & other staff on off & treated poorly & I had a really bad experience with rudeness from a staff member in office named Maria & it was so awful & I always been a great patient before time & never abuse my medication & randomly get drug tested but when I brought it to my provider Emily's attention about the rudeness I encountered over the phone with her staff member Maria It's like Emily didn't even care to react & listen & brushed it off as if she didn't care & it showed in her response, If I didn't need my pain medication & other medicine for my diagnosis of that reason I definitely will not come here anymore & now recently went for visit today & it was another rude & unprofessional unfair treatment in office visit & I think Emily is finding something to get me kicked out for no reason & I am going to get to the bottom of this & this was the first start was to put this review & when I see my doctor in a couple weeks I am also going to let this known to my doctor & next step is getting my lawyer involved but I feel I'm being treated unfairly & this is grounds for defimation of character.
