    On June 4, 2023 I purchased a size small Strawberry Smoothie from Baskin-Robbins located at *** **** **** ******* **. It is advertised on a non-digital menu board inside the business for $4.99 before taxes. However, I was charged $5.39 before taxes for the item. When I questioned the price I was charged, the employee at the register told me that the only possible button on the register for a small Smoothie is $5.39. I responded, pointing to the menu board, that it's advertised as $4.99. The employee responded to me that the manager mustn't have changed the menu board. There was no visible written notice posted communicating to customers there was a change in cost of said product. No correction to the price or compensation was given or offered to me. I checked my receipt. In fact, the company over charged me for the beverage and in addition charged tax upon the over charge. I file this complaint for the purpose of the business correctly advertising their products for the correct prices. Current pricing of products sold need to be modified/adjusted to any/all menu boards including the company's drive-thru menu boards.
