      Our experience with ABW Auto was PHENOMENAL. They have an huge inventory which felt overwhelming at first, but our salesman, Johnny, was so knowledgeable, personable, and patient and helped us find the perfect car for our family at an unmatched price! They do a full inspection and repair anything that doesn’t come up to par, which made us feel so good about our purchase. They also don’t haggle prices, which also made the process feel so up front and simple. Once we settled on a car, Liam in finance was also incredible and made the paperwork side of the process feel totally seamless. We’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

      I had bought a car from Alex in 2018 and it was great until I crashed it. I had just bought my second car from Alex today, with the help of Johnny Too. Both of them have been very helpful in this process. I would recommend either of them to help you.

      Would not recommend. They bought my car as salvage and sold it for a ridiculous account claiming no accidents. My entire experience was a nightmare. Not only was the girl, Anna Rose Maresca Inexperienced and played on her phone. I was handed the keys with an empty tank and warped rotors and sent on a two hour nightmare of a ride. I

      I bought a car from this dealer, a Q60, and it came with major issues. The car is overheating and losing coolant. I brought it back to them, and they claimed it had coolant, but when I checked, there was none. This dealership should be shut down. I want my money back, and I expect them to take the car back as well. I also have a warranty, but they lied to me. The warranty company told me I need to pay out of pocket, even though I have a full warranty on the car. This situation is ridiculous. They sold me a lemon and just bought this junk

      My name is Jim and a few DAYS ago I bought a car from this company and the "Bumper to Bumper" warranty does NOT include the ROOF. If you are FOOLISH enough to buy from them and it has a sun-roof check it and safety does NOT include a "Plugged" TIRE as it failed in days while I was driving and the cost is NOT BY THEM. Also the BBB is a paid site.

      I will not recommend this dealer to anyone because the only thing they want from you is 1000 or 2000 down payment as soon as you gave. them your money you are in big trouble. I bought a 2014 jeep ***** ********* they supposed to give me the car with inspection and running very well that's no true after a week. I took the car back because the jeep star making a noise. they told me. it was to be fix a couple hours, but they spent almost 2 weeks every time that I call the manager was sick the Mecannic call out the sale personal was on vacation they always have an excuse not to tell you the true, but this is my last time on that dealer I never going to buy a car from then. is not worth to get a Vehicule from that dealer. Poor customer service not good mechanic a lot of liars so think about it 200 times before you go there..

      After spending weeks researching prices and dealers for used SUVs, I brought my adult daughter to choose from more than 5, picked from their web site beforehand. Alex spent hours with us, locating and retrieving each car from their huge remote lot, patiently answering our questions, and providing me space to mechanically inspect each. We had a very positive experience and hope to finalize a purchase next week.

      It was a bad idea buying a car from them. Was promised things would be fixed on the vehicle before I picked it up. And nothing was done I keep having to bring the car to get things fixed but end up with the same issues that already should have been fixed. Was over charged for a vehicle that is not the same as what car is valued l

      They sold us a van with a bad transmission after they inspected it. The van has been in their service for 3 weeks 2 weeks after we purchased it because the first week they said their service was closed due to Covid. They clearly sold us a van with major problems and now we have been without it right after purchasing it. The service department is giving us the run around and haven’t fix nothing yet. How can I return this van and get refunded or have them fix the issues. They told us that all cars are inspected before leaving the lot and are good to drive.
