This supposed travel agency is not one at all. They are a tier company trying to recruit new agents. Thought was contacting a "normal" travel agency. Sherilyn Rudy became very aggressive about me becoming a travel agent under her of course to make commission for her. Do bizarre. As the search for an affordable resort continued the pressure began to make a Commitment immediately became close to bullying in nature. Nothing was exactly right or cost effective and nothing she offered included the ability to pre select air seating. Something very important concerning health limitations. Still the hard push continued. I told her I found her too pushy and I would not work with her anymore. She begged to continue to be my agent. Now all this time I believed it was a "normal" agency such as any other. It certainly is NOT. I began on my own searching airlines I could pre book seating. Found it much cheaper. Same with resort. One thousand dollars cheaper. I decided since she was borderline bullying me and refusing to search for what I needed I would trust my gut and book independently a different resort and air carrier. Then came the threats. "I am sending you an invoice for my time since I am not getting a comission". She obviously lost her marbles! Then she tried to send an invoice for 75.00 through *** ***. The minute I informed *** *** they launched an investigation sighting inappropriate invoicing. Giving me a Federal agency contact to report he to. This is not an experience anyone should have to endure. I would consider the ****** invoice (btw you never have to pay an agent if she can not provide what customer needs) extortion of sort which followed borderline harassment and verbal/emotional abuse. BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY...DO NOT USE

I have been very patient and have given you at least 15 quotes to different resorts and countries. I informed you of the invoice before sending it. Yes I did think you would make a good travel agent and you even agreed with me but it was always stated that was just an OPTION. Never did I become aggressive about it. There is was no harrassment. As a matter of fact, you kept contacting me (I even have unanswered calls from you) after telling me to leave you alone. I have never mislead you and answered every question and phone call. You just do not want to pay the invoice I sent. How sad a person would not want to pay a small business just trying to make customers happy. I have never had an unhappy client until you got your invoice.
